This spacious ground-floor apartment, with a large veranda and private garden, is 150m from one of the nicest beaches in the Golfo Aranci. It can sleep 4 people and is an ideal holiday base for a family or friends looking for a beach holiday in this lovely part of Sardinia.

The apartment is built in a traditional style, with partially unplastered stone walls and wooden shutters. The main living space/dining area is furnished with a sofa, open corner fireplace, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs. French windows open onto the veranda which is an extension of this living space. The veranda has a second dining table and deck chairs where guests can relax. A step leads down to the private garden, full of lush local trees and plants.
The separate kitchen is adjacent to the living area and equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a Moka coffee machine.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: This airy bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: This second bedroom has twin beds, which can be joined and a wardrobe.

Bathrooms
There are two brightly tiled bathrooms. Both have a shower, basin, bidet and WC. One also has a washing machine.

The apartment is just a 100m walk from Baia Caddinas beach, with its pristine white sands and clear sea. It is an exclusive residential tourist area, which is quiet, but also close to the centre of the town of Golfo Aranci. The property offers guests all the amenities of this charming resort, from the weekly market (Monday) in the town centre, to supermarkets and great restaurants.

The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king.

Olbia airport is just a 25-minute drive.
