"Upon arrival, the hotel check-in staff was nice. We went up to our room and immediately were confused as the pictures did not compare to the grungy room we entered. The room had a mustiness to it, the shower curtain was moldy, and entirely felt unclean. The music in the lobby was thumping so hard we could hear it in our room. "Overall, my stay was disappointing. There was a lot of miscommunication from the beginning, and whenever we tried to get help, some of the staff came across as passive-aggressive and weren’t very helpful. It made simple questions feel like an inconvenience.
The biggest issue was the room. If you’re staying in a two-bed room, don’t expect much of a view. Ours overlooked an unattractive area, which was disappointing.
The hotel itself was okay with some plates on the floor of rooms, but the poor...

"The pros were that the staff were welcoming and helpful. Room service was good, timely, and delivered hot. The lake view was impressive. The proximity to Navy Pier, Ohio St Beach, and the Magnificent Mile was excellent.
The cons were that the pillows and duvet inserts needed to be replaced - stuffing was matted and lumpy. The beds are smaller than what we usually get in a double queen room. There was no couch in the double queen room (only in the king). The bathroom was also small, had a lack...

"The hotel is very clean, and the staff is professional and friendly. If you visit the rooftop bar, ask for Jose; he was amazing! The location is perfect for walking to the Riverwalk, Navy Pier, the shopping district, and all the other excellent restaurants and activities. They also offer a free breakfast, which was pretty good. I will be staying here again when I return to Chicago."
