"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which we called a mini family reunion. One of the main reasons we selected this house was because of the (4) bedrooms. "My husband and I stayed in this cute house for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it. The house had everything we needed and was in an amazing location. We loved how close it was to the park and the beach. It was also in a lovely neighborhood and we were able to walk to a lot of great restaurants. We would highly recommend and would love to return. Also I appreciated all the information that Lance provided before we arrived. "

"This is a very nice two bedroom property. Its safe, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining & living room. Highway 101 is about 3 blocks away, so there is some noise when the windows are open, but its cool on the coast at night and the bedrooms are at the back of the property so we had no trouble sleeping. "Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B."

"Wow! We just had an incredible stay at the BOHO House in Hope Ranch. Meghan was an attentive, super host! Our home away from home was chic with impeccable design and comfort. "Our family came together for my daughter's wedding in Carpenteria. I was looking for a place with space - and this turned out to be a great option. My 88 year old father loves a good sundeck - and this was perfect. He sat outside and enjoyed the ocean view every day. The 3 bedrooms were great - even has 2 king beds!
