Guests have access to everything in the condo except for a supply closet. The unit must be accessed via stairs. Covered parking for 1 car.

The townhome is close to the Kicking Horse Ski Resort, which is a well-known ski hill for all experience levels. There are many trails for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, hiking and during the summer there are mountain biking trails. The village has quaint restaurants and shops, and close by you can explore the mountain town of Golden, BC.

To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests bring their car to see all Golden has to offer. During the winter I recommend winter tires.

- The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware. It DOES NOT measure conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints.

- The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 6′5."

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
Welcome to your Airbnb home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. We strive to keep our unit in good working order for the positive experience of all guests. Our policy is to resolve or provide a remedy to any reservation-altering issues inside the unit within 24 hours. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution. To prevent abuse, our policy is to not adjust the original price of the reservation but to provide a remedy for any issue within 24 hours.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 7 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

Great location and nice place (would come again)

The drive up to the place was very scenic. Took a walk outside in the morning and stared at the mountains :) There was a master bedroom with a bigger bed and a TV and another room with a bunk bed. Bottom bunk fits two people, top fits one -- nice for groups of 3-5. Has all the amenities you'd need (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, strainer, bathroom towels for everyone in the group). The hot tub was a nice bonus as well. The owners sent clear messages explaining pretty much every aspect of the place, which was nice. There's an IGA 10-15 minutes away so you can pick up some groceries, which is convenient. We saw a few deer and a small black bear at one point while driving up to the place, too (positive experience)! Would come back again :)

Quiet, cosy and Ski In!

We loved staying in this cosy apartment at the base of Kicking Horse resort. Hosts were awesome, location was fantastic and the private hot tub was perfect. Clean cosy and fresh, We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent slopeside condo!

Clean, recently renovated, well appointed 2 BR condo. The hosts were attentive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was clean and a welcome relief for our legs after a day of skiing. It was a perfect, ski-in/ski-out condo to enjoy KHMR. Will stay again!

Super séjour avec un super emplacement

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cet appart, il est situé dans un grand chalet, très beau et très bien placé par rapport à la station ( emplacement idéal pour le ski et le retour du ski : l accès direct à travers les chalets est magique - le jacuzzi a été une « « merveille « et très apprécié dans un décor de rêve! Seul petit bémol l idéal pour cet appartement serait d être 5 personnes (surtout pour manger et le placement des affaires) Mais sinon très très bien dans l ensemble - A recommander ***
