The living room is furnished with a cozy leather sofa, which conveniently converts into a sofa bed for 2 guests. Additionally, guests can enjoy entertainment with a TV equipped with access to the Netflix app, allowing guests to sign in with their own account, and WiFi for your entertainment.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, seating 6 guests, while the sleek kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster, ideal for whipping up a meal.

The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. The second bedroom offers 2 single-sized beds and ample mirrored closet storage. The main bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity, and ocean views.

In-unit laundry facilities with a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Free parking is provided in the building.

Parking: For guests arriving by car, convenient secure parking is provided on-site ensuring easy access to your accommodation.

Airport: Gold Coast Airport is approximately 29.4 kilometres about 42 minutes drive, or 57 minutes by tram. 1 hour drive from Brisbane Airport or 2 hours by public transport.

Public Transport: Located across from the beach in Surfers paradise, The tram station is only 100 meters from Rhapsody`s door step and offers the very best accessibility to Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Main Beach.

Additionally, before your arrival, we`ll be delighted to share a house guide. It contains helpful instructions on accessing the property, utilizing various amenities, and any other details to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Please note: We ensure you have all the essentials to kickstart your stay. In the bathroom, you`ll find essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap, all provided in 30ml bottles, along with 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you require any additional items, feel free to pick them up at your convenience.

Potential for noise: Please note that there is ongoing construction in a nearby building. You may experience some noise within the property due to this.

We kindly ask that you provide truthful responses to our pre-booking message at the time of booking. This helps us ensure that the space meets your needs perfectly. Please note that any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Comply with all building regulations, including those related to pool and exercise facilities.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.

To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge.

Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late in checking out will be charged for an additional night`s stay and may be evicted without refund.

Guests must return keys by no later than 11:00 am on the day of check-out.

* Photo of the Lockbox closed, and code scrambled.
If photos aren’t provided and we must check for keys, a $50 fee will apply.

Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge.

Please ensure the property is left clean and orderly upon departure to avoid any extra cleaning charges. Otherwise, additional cleaning is charged at $55 per hour.
