Newly listed and constructed, friendly 4-Bedroom luxury house in prime position. It is a short walk straight from the living room onto the sandy beach or private pontoon to enjoy secluded tranquillity. Spend afternoons by the firepit with stunning, peaceful water and sunset views over the horizon. The swimming pool directly outside the outdoor entrance allows guests to gaze and maybe spot a dolphin too. There is a grassy area for the kids to play and stroll around the island, where you will be sure to find lots of wallabies and other wildlife.
The Space: Built over two levels to offer you understated elegance, maximum comfort, generous space, private rooms, luxurious finishes, tropical gardens, and a swimming pool -the house is a flowing seamless indoor-outdoor delight. Floor to ceiling glass designed to draw the stunning views in from both sides of the house. The modern kitchen features the latest appliances, two large fridges and opens out onto the BBQ terrace with a large premium Weber BBQ which includes a rotisserie and many other features to entertain and enjoy.
Not suitable for groups and strictly no parties due to regulations and quiet residential location. This is a quiet, family friendly destination and with respect to the neighbouring properties and the serenity of the area we kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum, particularly in the evenings. We are committed to preserving the peaceful nature of the area and therefore have a strict policy that no parties, events, schoolies bookings will be accepted. If any damages occur during the stay, the original payment method may be charged. In protecting the wildlife and in terms of the house regulations we are unable to accept any pets at the property.

Travel to the South Stradbroke is exclusively by boat, there is a large pontoon to secure your private boat.
There are many Water Taxi’s operating in the area also with many departure points along the Gold Coast Waterways including from Main Beach, Runaway Bay, Sanctuary Cove, Paradise Point and more. This needs to be booked separately as we do not provide transfers.
Please note that there is no supermarket on the island, so guests are requested to bring along food and beverages for their stay.
Couran Cove Island Resort and Tipplers both have cafes, they can be reached by boat / jet ski also.
The beauty of the surf beach is an approximate 2km walk on a sandy track, passing through rainforest, coastal forests, woodlands, and sand dunes.
South Stradbroke Island Conservation Park features 22km of pristine white surf beach on the eastern side of the island with great spots to view humpback whales migrating between July and October. The calm waterways of The Broadwater on the western side are perfect for paddling and other water sports.
