My stunning apartment is a resort-style accommodation located just 100 m from the golden sands of Surfers Paradise Beach on the Gold Coast. It has a spectacular ocean view and is a great choice for travelers interested in relaxation, food, and theme parks. There is so much to do and see in Australia's most celebrated destination - Surfers Paradise, such as award-winning restaurants, bars festivals, and endless golden beaches.
This apartment can host a maximum of 6 guests. The stylish self-contained apartment has a stunning ocean view and features two separate bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a well-functioned kitchen, and laundry.
Bed configuration:
Master suite - with 1 king bed (combined with two single beds) and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower
Second bedroom - 2 single beds
Living room - with a TV, lounge, and 1 double-size sofa bed. ( There is an extra cost to use the sofa bed..)
- a well-functioned kitchen with a dining table
- a bathroom with a walking shower and toilet
- a laundry with a washing machine and dryer
- a balcony with outdoor furniture and an ocean view.
The air conditioning unit is available in the living room and bedroom.

There are free parking on-premises. The car park cannot be reserved AND FIRST COMES FIRST RESERVES. Due to availability, the car park can not be guaranteed in the peak season.
Friendly reminder: There's construction happening across the street. They’ve just completed the foundation, so significant changes may occur in the coming months. However, everything is fine at the moment, and the noise is minimized when doors and windows are closed, so it won't affect your stay.
The following we provide may interest you:
• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)
• Instant coffee and tea bags;
• A double-size pull-out sofa bed for extra guests (Sofa bed bedding will be provided at extra cost).
This apartment would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break as well as a business trip to Gold Coast.
• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
