If you're not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival, we'll arrange for a cleaner to address the issue within 6 hours.

Any cleaning-related concerns must be reported to the host within 6 hours of check-in for resolution. Failure to allow remediation will result in no refund.

The house is professionally cleaned after each stay and is expected to be left clean and tidy upon checkout.

Any additional cleaning costs or damages will be the responsibility of the guest.

The townhouse was clean and well located if you are looking for value for money. We were on a golf trip and it was good for both courses. We found great food choices within walking distance. It was a quiet location close to the main roads. The garage although for two cars was difficult to enter and leave with not enough room to turn.

New 4 bedroom Unit/town house, clean . air-con every room. modern utilities, well provisioned with most items catered for a great family holiday, lock up 2 car garage, dishwasher, washing machine, wi-fi.Disney, Could use a comfortable main bed and a clothesline or dryer.Family thoroughly enjoyed holiday.

The house is beautiful. Just no tea towels in kitchen. The aircons in the 2 queen rooms can't both be on at the same time. It seems when one is on and the other gets turned on the first one goes off. But fans working good. Could use extra towel racks in bathrooms Maybe a shelf in shower to put things on. We had a lovely stay thank you so much Rae
