Beautiful, large, quiet and private home equipped with everything we needed whilst in between homes awaiting settlement. Highly recommend.

Unreal for hosting large groups

Property is unreal for a large group, couple minute bike ride to everything you need.. quite peaceful in the Arvos on the river.. The house does need abit if handy man work, can tell there has been a lot of people staying here eg scuff marks everywhere

Nice house, pity about the detail

Really nice house. If you want luxury this may not be for you. Mattresses are very uncomfortable. Pillows are very bad. The service from Elite homes was awful. We had to wait 30 mins to gain access to the house because they were "busy". Internet didn't work and we were basically told bad luck as it was a free service, After many phone calls and terrible attitude from kylie, they owners topped up the data. How "Kylie" can say it is a free service is outrages. we selected this home as it offered Internet. Free or not if you offer it, it should work! We are still in shock with the comments she made and how we were made to feel. Also to be given one key for a 5 bedroom home is simply not acceptable, especially when you cannot lock the door from inside without a key, so one evening we went out for dinner and our options were, lock our selves out, lock the rest of the guests in or leave the door wide open. When we asked for a second key i was told that every one was happy with the one key system. we were dumbfounded by the attitude and unwillingness to assist. we will certainly be returning to the Gold Coast for our holiday. we certainly will be doing so with Elite Homes. 5K for just over a week and all you get is attitude. almost ruined our holiday.

Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deluxe On Water. The home layout and the zoned areas of space to relax in were first class. The beds were very comfortable and the property is close to all amenities.

Deluxe on Water. Great place to stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday in this magnificent home. The home and it's features easily accommodated our family of 8 adults and 3 children aged under four years and is in easy reach of the beach, shopping, and theme parks. We look forward to future holidays here.

OMG - This property was so amazing

We had a family gathering and this property allowed us all to be together but have our own space. My kids had a great time fishing on the house's jetty. I was also impressed by the closeness shopping and the beach :-)

Great Property, Great Location

The house is superb. Well decked out with all the amenities that you need and it sleeps a large group comfortably. The heart of Broadbeach is an easy 15 minute walk away and this has everything that you need. If you decide to go further out, the public transport options are just as easy and if you go the taxi option, they all seem to know where the house is located. The staff at Elite Holiday Homes are incredibly accommodating and willing to help where possible, and booking a stay with the team was easy to manage.

Beautiful place

The property was incredible - large, decorated nicely, with pretty much everything you could want included. We had the effects of Cyclone Marcia for the majority of our stay, but had a great time despite this - the cinema room saved the day!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was a great house for a large family with young children. Lovely big house with great sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Some furniture/ appliances may need updating soon such as white couch, tumble dryer. Overall a fabulous place to stay that we would certainly return to.

Spacious and great location

Deluxe on Water was perfect for a family reunion of sisters and cousins. The spacious house made for a very relaxed feel, and we particularly loved the outdoor seating and barbecue area. Being within walking distance of the mall, main shops and beach was great. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for meal preparation.
