Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $500.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $200.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard)

• Please keep pets off the leather furniture—especially our custom curved Bauhaus-style sofa. It’s a centrepiece of the home and very sensitive to claws, paws, and curious noses.
• We recommend bringing a pet bed or blanket to make your furry companion feel just as at home.
• Pets must not be left unattended inside the property unless crated or calm. This helps preserve the serene environment we’ve designed.


This home was designed with structure and serenity in mind. We kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet nature of the neighbourhood—NO parties or disruptive gatherings.

The property features canal frontage and a private pool. While visually stunning, please keep safety in mind—children MUST be supervised at all times.

We provide a starter supply of essentials: quality toiletries, cleaning products, and pantry basics—enough to settle in comfortably before your first shop.
