The bright fresh kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances that, when paired with the balcony floating above the ocean's horizon, makes wining and dining in this apartment a dream. A study nook, cosy living and dining, great lighting and air conditioning throughout make leaving this apartment to explore the city a hard decision!

Signature offers unparalleled amenities from a 50 metre infinity edge pool to a steam room and sauna. The lush podium lawn overlooks the outdoor dining and BBQ area. This is not to be mistaken for the exclusive residents lounge and dining area exuding opulence and class, where you are welcome to use Miele appliances to woo your friends and family as you overlook the stunning pool and fiery sunset. Start your day with an adrenaline pump in the building's private gym and wind down at night sprawling across the large velvety lounge or comfy beanbag by booking your own personal movie theatre merely an elevator stop away from your room.

You will be a step away from parks, award winning retail, Casino, hospitality and entertainment all set on the iconic Australian landscapes of white beaches and a drive away from tropical hinterlands. However, if you don’t have a car don’t be alarmed, the Gold Coast tram is a 5 minute walk and will take you all the way through Surfers Paradise to the high end boutiques of Marina Mirage Southport and beyond.

The apartment was amazing, comfy beds, clean, luxuious! we had a wonderful time, stayed for a week and it is in the best location. We stayed for a week and the only annoying thing was the kitchen was empty - no bags for bins, no foil or cling wrap. very minor but...

Great location, views and beautiful apartment

Loved the views from the balcony and the location at Broadbeach can’t be beat. Amenities and facilities were all new and good condition. Great communication with the hosts. Highly recommended.

The apartment complex was very good. But in the unit the lounge was very uncomfortable. The drain in the master’s bathroom was blocked and we had to clean it ( yuck) . Also a clothes dryer in the laundry would have been good . We did enjoy our holiday but not being comfortable with the lounge was a negative.
