We strive to ensure guests enjoy their stay by providing fresh linen, including 2 bath towels per bed and 1 hand towel per bathroom.
(Please request extra linen or towels before your arrival if needed.)

[Regarding Unexpected Cleaning Issues]

If you're not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival, we'll arrange for a cleaner to address the issue within 6 hours.

Any cleaning-related concerns must be reported to the host within 6 hours of check-in for resolution. Failure to allow remediation will result in no refund.

The house is professionally cleaned after each stay and is expected to be left clean and tidy upon checkout.

Any additional cleaning costs or damages will be the responsibility of the guest.

There was 1 dishwasher tablet for a 5 night booking, 1 teaspoon of washing up liquid, no spray or cleaning cloths. The ensuite toilet leaked constantly , they came to fix it, but it still leaked loudly, so it has to stay turned off. The tv ariel is broken, so no tv chanels. No coffee pods supplied with coffee maker. And the lounge is only 6 inches high, so no good for over 50,s..

Filthy - from top to bottom……. Zero care from host

We informed the host of the condition upon arrival. Julie said she’d send a cleaner to rectify our just complaints, that never happened. She also said she’d reimburse us a portion of the cleaning fee. That never happened either. One of the selling points on the ad was high end appliances - there’s a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine which we could not get working. The shower in the laundry room was full of sand, the mirror looked like someone had spat toothpaste all over it. The tapware was filthy. There were ants all over the dining table because of food scraps in the grooves. The table was sticky and not been wiped. The legs were covered in red sticky stuff. There were enough crumbs under the lounge cushions to make a whole loaf of bread. The door to the main ensuite covered in sticky finger marks. There is a non smoking rule at the home and a vape was stuffed between the cushions. The outside chair on the balcony was broken, with no warning sign to inform. My husband attempted to sit on it - he fell to the ground and sustained an injury to his coccyx. The a/c was soooo noisy. The kids room could double as an oven. Traffic noise in main bedroom was horrendous. No T Towel provided even tho Julie said she’d get one sent over. Only 3 knives in the drawer so the four of us had to share. 12 spoons, 10 forks. 3 knife’s… The fluff under the main bed would be enough to send an asthmatic to ER. Previous rental history forms with peoples private details. The list is endless

Wonderful Experience

Great property, had everything we needed. Check in was easy. Had a little trouble with the TV, ended up using the HDMI to stream via our laptops. Could be good if it had screen mirroring.
