"On the first night of my stay, the hot water wasn’t working, so I had to take a cold shower. When I first brought up the issue, I was disappointed that her initial response was not an apology. I would have appreciated a simple and sincere apology for the inconvenience. I also had to ask about compensation myself, rather than having it offered proactively. I was eventually provided with some bottled water, but I felt that a sincere apology should have come first."
"Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Rooms are a nice size, staff are super helpful and friendly and the pub is lovely too (especially the garden). Breakfast also excellent. Can’t fault it at all"
