"Beds are slightly soft. Breakfast could have a couple more items for the American visitors and be served at 6:30 as many of us have excursions planned at 8am….takes time to reach pickup points."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff team were very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was as good as we have had at a hotel with plenty of choice for everyone. We were able to leave our bags the next day so that we could explore and collect them before heading home. We wouldn’t hesitate to return in future."
"2 night stay for two for a trip to Hampton Court Palace. The car park was very convenient with a good amount of space. Hampton Court a short bus ride away and Kingston town just a walk over the river. Rooms had what we needed and were comfortable. Liked the choice of coffee, tea and water in the room alongside some milk in the mini bar fridge and shortbread biscuits. We made use of the discount for food in the restaurant but also tried one of the many restaurants nearby in Kingston. Breakfast...
