The beds were really comfortable, the rainfall shower was great, and the complimentary water, hot drinks and toiletries were a lovely touch. The location is perfect, just a 15-minute walk from London Bridge Station, and the view of The Shard and the London...

Posizione strategica con le fermate di Queensway e Baywater a neanche 100 metri dalla struttura. Ogni giorno nella nostra camera superior mettevano biscotti, bottiglie d'acqua e capsule nespresso."

"The pictures of the rooms presented on Expedia were nothing like the room I stayed in, seems to be a quite of a bait and switch. Mold in the shower on the tiles, rust on bathroom fixtures and the generally a very sad looking bathroom. Shower did work and bathroom sink was microscopically small. The bed was luckily comfortable. Hotel were in need of repairs, staff was nice upon arrival but did not try the restaurant. Luckily I just needed a bed and some sleep."
