"Location
The location was excellent. The hotel is very close to a train station, which made getting around London so much easier. There are also convenience stores nearby, which was handy for picking up water and other quick needs.
Room
The room was good and had everything we needed. There were enough electrical outlets, and the WiFi was fast and reliable, which was important for me.

"Unfortunately, we started our visit off with a loud air conditioner that squealed every 10 minutes. We were in a basement unit with the train/underground directly underneath our room, so sleeping was nearly impossible. The hallways smelled very musty. The staff was nice enough, but our room was only serviced twice in the week we were there and we had to request clean towels and toilet paper as well as asking to have our room cleaned. We wanted to have our room changed to an upper floor but were...
"We stayed here for a week and the room was very clean. The room was small, but the bathroom was decent size, but it was very doable for two people!! Hotel was in walking distance from train station and bus stops which was very nice!"
