"Not a bad stay here, it is in a good location. We got there early and the staff got us a room that was ready earlier which was great. Not a bad size double room. The shower wasn't overly clean, toilet seat, toilet roll holder and shower temp adjuster not maintained very well. The rest of the room wasn't too bad. The coffee machine has to be moved to be used as no plug socket in the area its kept. They provide ear plugs as you can hear the tube most the time and makes the room rumble. We were in...

"Absolutely gem, the superior room is super spacious with an incredibly comfy big bed, beautiful bedding with sumptuous linens, high-quality pillows and duvet. I’m always dubious when rooms are called soundproof but this really was. We were in the first floor and it was silent - a miracle in central London! "The location is fantastic. It’s a three-minute walk from Paddington station and everything is close by. The layout was extremely confusing, staircases were narrow, and there was no lift up to my room. I’m disabled, so having to haul my suitcases up and down the stairs was troublesome. It was comically awkward to stay with a friend because the bathroom is see-through and the sound is extremely loud. It was very very hot and the AC was locked, so we were sweltering the entire stay.
