"La Suites West was the perfect stay! I cant recommend this place more, staff excellent, nearby 2 major underground stations, and a Tesco and Asian mini mart steps away from the hotel. The room was older, but clean, and the STAFF is their gem. They were efficient and provided 5 star service."

It is kept busy by the golfers.
We booked a breakfast which was a mistake as very poor quality food.- left it all.
Ordered a pizza has thought it would be freshly cooked. It was awful and when we made a complaint we were told
“ don’t order it again”. by a giggly staff member.
This is not a hotel I would recommend to stay but the price may attract customers.

"Salinder Singh at the reception is the reason I’m leaving this review. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly warm, welcoming and genuinely hospitable. When we mentioned that we were a couple, he kindly upgraded our room, which was such a lovely touch.
He also went out of his way to store our luggage for us, making things so much easier for us during our travels.

"Air-conditioning didn't work (room was 31°), refrigerator didn't work, keypads for rooms don't work anymore so you're given a key that takes 5 turns and your whole body pressing on the door to open. Plus housekeeping came into my room while I was napping WITH the "privacy, please" sign on the door...Are you kidding me?
