"We had a lovely stay. The room was spotless, and arriving to a cool, air-conditioned room on such a hot day was wonderful. The beds were really comfortable, the rainfall shower was great, and the complimentary water, hot drinks and toiletries were a lovely touch. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was simple but had everything we needed. The location is perfect, just a 15-minute walk from London Bridge Station, and the view of The Shard and the London...

"Great lokation. Our room was smalle but the layout was fine. The breakfast was terrible. The kitchen was unable to even boil an egg. Book the hotel because af the great location, but don't pay extra for the breaksfast."

"The pictures of the rooms presented on Expedia were nothing like the room I stayed in, seems to be a quite of a bait and switch. Mold in the shower on the tiles, rust on bathroom fixtures and the generally a very sad looking bathroom. Shower did work and bathroom sink was microscopically small. The bed was luckily comfortable. Hotel were in need of repairs, staff was nice upon arrival but did not try the restaurant. Luckily I just needed a bed and some sleep."
