"This is a great space with an immaculate back yard area. Home was clean and well-maintained. Host was quick to communicate with me. Only issue was the air conditioning went out early in the day on the second day of our stay and they didn’t get anyone out to fix it until the next day. The majority of our guests left early because it was uncomfortably stuffy and warm. I don’t see this as an ongoing issue, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to others."

"This property is one the best deals on lake Granbury. The house is clean, the view is great, the swimming is awesome and the privacy is perfect. Even if you're not boating, there is enough action on the lake to make you feel like you're part of things. The property is also a ten minute drive to the best parts of Granbury. We will be coming back to this Property as long as its available."

"This place is very comfortable and clean. The big fenced yard was very nice with the dogs. The bed in the master was very soft and comfortable. Overall, this is a very nice lake house that has plenty of room to get in and out with your boat or toys."

"Overall great place based on location and space for our families. Could use a deep clean especially in the bathrooms and all the furniture/beds were very squeaky and not super comfortable. The owners were super responsive and helpful even though it was a super busy/hectic weekend with graduations and power outages from storms. Would stay here again."

"We travel to Texas every few years to visit family and this has been our best house yet! It checked all the boxes for us and what we were looking for in a home away from home...plenty of space for all of us, great location, and so comfortable and cozy. The hosts were so nice and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall it was a fantastic experience!"
