‘Down South’ as known by the locals, has long been a popular getaway with an easy 2.5 hour drive straight down south the Kwinana Freeway into the Bussell Highway – we promise it’s that easy! What’s not love about the Margaret River? This unique corner precinct of WA has certainly transformed itself over the last 50 years from surfers shooting the curl into a bio-diversity hot spot and ‘hot spot’ is spot on! In Summer, the place is literally bustling with visitors looking for a coastal getaway and with famous breaks, diving spots, wineries, Karri forests, 35,000 year-old caves, walking trails… and if that’s not enough, it’s also a providore haven to boot! A few days down here is nowhere near enough

Perfect little spot to stay for a couple or small family!

Stayed for the long weekend at the end of May. House was perfect for our needs. Great little sheltered outdoor space out the back for being outdoors when it’s raining. Simona was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect place for a quiet getaway

Was exactly as advertised, very clean, beautiful layout, modernly styled, great location and Sim was so easy to contact before we arrived and no doubt during but everything was so perfect we didn't need to. Perfectly located near cafes and beaches and as avid walkers we found the location great to explore by foot. Highly recommend Thank you Sim for a great stay

Excellent

I travelled with a friend to this lovely 2 bed unit. The pictures on Stayz did not do it justice, it was absolutely lovely. The beds were very comfortable, shower was piping hot, everything you needed in the kitchen and a nice little outdoor area. Located close to the beach and Margaret River. Enjoyed eating at White Elephant and Sea Garden - both also close by. We came to rest and relax and thats exactly what we did thoroughly enjoyed our stay... would highly recommend and would definitely visit again/

Beautifully furnished studio

Great location; cosy space but enough for our needs. Owners live in the house behind, so if there are any concerns/issues, it won’t be difficult to sort out. We loved how close to the beach it is, and it’s only 10-15min to the city centre. It’s a quiet neighbourhood so don’t expect to have a rowdy party!!

Place was nice & clean with everything you need - has a guest Netflix account so my mum was stoked! So close to the beach, roughly a 10min walk. Sim the host is lovely.

Perfect Getaway

What a great little spot! Thank you very much Simona for a wonderful stay. The property is cosy but spacious in design and peacefully secluded amongst the peppermint trees. Very clean, convenient, and friendly for the dog too. We will definitely be back!

A gorgeous retreat

The property was everything the description gave and more. It was perfect for my daughter and I and our dog. Thoughtful touches such as dog bowls and blankets, nice bed linen and towels, quality toiletries and even a bottle of red wine on arrival made it perfect. Also, very quiet and private.
