However, sadly it was beyond this individual to let us know right away and instead they just left us swinging, waiting for access details they were never going to send. We spent ages trying to get in touch with them, including a 10-minute call to VRBO in the USA. When we finally managed, they simply told us we couldn't get in and to just ask for a refund. "This has upgraded modern amenities that many places lack: espresso maker, Dyson hairdryer, mini shampoo/soaps, directions posted on everything so one doesn’t have to struggle on how to use an appliance, CLEAN!, great location. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you!!"

"This first floor flat is well placed in the centre of Fort William only a short walk from train and bus station. The flat itself is a good size and is well furnished and decorated. As we were using the flat as a base to return to each day after walking sections of the Great Glen Way we did not spend much time indoors.
