No matter the season, you'll find plenty of fun at this two-story condo tucked away here in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Spend your summers close to home splashing in the pools, playing on the tennis court, or soaking your cares away in the shared hot tub. Venture out to discover a number of local attractions including Story Land, the Conway Scenic Railroad, and the North Conway Golf Course, all within seven miles of your door. When the snow starts to fall, make this condo your home base for wintertime fun with the Black Mountain Ski Area and Attitash Mountain Resort both located less than five miles away.

Inside, discover a soaring ceiling with a skylight set over a very inviting, sun-kissed living area complete with a warming gas fireplace. Prepare everyone's favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen with its intimate breakfast bar and then gather for mealtimes or family game nights at the nearby table. This home also includes a balcony with seating - perfect for morning coffee or evening, apres-ski cocktails.

Our stay was good. We did have problems with the fireplace that was never corrected. We finally had a manager instruct us how to turn off.We feel the kitchen sink drained slowly. Chair broken on deck. Top of fridge never cleaned with dirty cutting boards on top.These items didn't impact our stay, but should be corrected for future guests.

Great Stay in a Comfy Place

Property was great and was decently clean, though the carpets either need a deep clean or need to be replaced in parts. I normally wouldn't have noticed, but I was on the ground a lot with a toddler. Everything else was clean including the kitchen, bathrooms, all surfaces, and linens. Super close to Storyland and other area attractions. Kitchen was well equipped to do breakfast and dinner each day we were there. Pools on the property were great and nice and clean. A couple of things to replace/change would be the lighting over the sink in the upstairs bathroom is so dim (and one of the bulbs is out), maybe replace them with daylight bulbs, the grout along the door bottom in the upstairs shower needs to be replaced because it's all moldy/dirty and cracked, the showerhead in that upstairs shower is absolutely useless in terms of water pressure and trying to get shampoo out of your hair (the downstairs one is great!), and please consider getting a Firestick or Google Chrome so guests can use their streaming service accounts. It was an excellent trip and we'd absolutely stay again.

Honeymoon

The grounds were amazing. The condo we had was nice but had a bunch of remote controls that either had dead batteries or went to nothing. The deck door had a broken knob. The upstairs shower was next to useless and had mold/mildew at the bottom door seal. Other than that it was a nice place in a beautiful area and we would consider staying again.

Great for short stay

Nice view of mountains from balcony. There were enough items wrong after checking in that I contacted mgmt company. Manager was very attentive & helpful. She sent out maintenance the next day. Things included no top sheet on our bed, no closet in primary room, sliding door would not lock and shower curtain so mildewed that I bought one for our stay. We enjoyed our stay but it had issues.

Best stay ever

The TV was a bit hard to figure out when we got there. There were 3 remotes. Loft bedroom may need a bit more privacy other than a curtain just in case people are sleeping on sofa! The place was great and we hope we left it just as good!
