We loved our 3 night stay...place was very central and easy walk to lower Gibson's. The house is beautifully renovated and spacious and fully equipped with what you need. Everything is labeled so easily find what you are looking for.. would stay there again for sure. Host was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions we had. Loved it!

The rooms were very clean, we liked the fact that all the cupboards and drawers were labelled so we didn't have to search and search for items. Everything was up-to-date and instructions were great. Beds were great, as was the rest of the furniture. The neighbourhood was quiet. I would certainly recommend the unit to anyone and would definitely stay there again if the need arose. Thank you.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The house was comfortable and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The location was excellent. Easy to walk to upper and lower gibsons. Thanks Matt for creating a very comfortable home away from home. We will be back.

Great property for family stay with young kids. Super clean place with great indoor and outdoor space. It had everything we needed and on a nice quiet street. It was super convenient to stores and local eateries. Matt was super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend if you're heading to the Gibsons area.

The home is in an awesome location near all amenities. It is well stocked and nicely updated. Communication with owner was easy. Would Definitley stay here again.

Spotless house in convenient location

Our family of five had a great week in this house — we loved being close to grocery stores, hiking, the ferry, and the beach. The house was comfortable, well-organized, and well stocked. We made most of our meals here and the kitchen was more than adequate for all of our needs.

Great location, easy to get to town and main shops as well as access to the highway up the coast. Really liked that there was a garage for storing our bikes. Great for a family!

Wonderful stay in Gibsons

We had a fantastic stay in Gibsons at Matt's property on a quiet residential street. It was a great spot, close to shops and restaurants. We appreciated how well labelled everything was in the home and the thorough house guide that was available to read. Beds were all comfy and having two spacious bathrooms was great for the 5 of.us. I would definitely recommend staying here if you'd like a comfortable place to be while visiting the area.

Christmas 2024

House is convenient to everything, lots of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. We brought Christmas decorations to make it cozy. Love the labels, made everything easy to find. Recommend a QR code for the wifi password. We loved it. Great place to stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Sunshine Coast exploring beaches in Gibsons and Sechelt, taking nice walks/hikes, and the little boat ride we took around Keats Island too!! Great accommodation that is nice and centrally located in the area. Good communication with host, Matt if we ever needed assistance with anything. Thanks again, Matt for being a great host!

perfect house

We were there for a wedding. the house was perfect to accommodate my family on the groom side and they had the groom pictures done there the decor of the house was perfect and the backyard. we could not ask for a better setting it was more than what we expected the house was very organized and clean

Big, bright, modern kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds, lots of games and big TV screens for evening movies, deer visiting the backyard, a lovely patio, great location and very gracious hosts. Couldn't possibly asked for more! :-)

Nice place

We enjoyed the house. Good location for us to visit friends and family. Some quirks. Beautiful kitchen though! The only real complaints we had was that we found the bed too soft for our liking, and the floor heat in the main bathroom wasn’t working. The owner/host was good to deal with and replied right away to any issues we had.

Quiet and Cozy!

This property is so nice. It is very well equipped with everything you need and more. We will definitely stay at this house again if we are in Gibsons. It is walking distance to many nice restaurants and cafes. The walking trails are steps away. Amazing location. Clean house. Fantastic hosts! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location, well equipped

What the place lacked in charm, it more than made up for with its fantastic location, excellent equipment/amenities and organisation. We loved that it was within walking distance of nearby supermarket, specialty shops and restaurants, as well as to the heart of Gibsons (for those who are game to walk down... and then up again). Also a short enough drive to Roberts Creek where our favourite beaches are, as well as Sechelt.The house was clean with a well-equipped kitchen, convenient washer, large yard, and generous rooms (all as pictured in the listing). And everything was well-labelled, so finding things was easy.We would stay again!

Overall would stay again. Location is great Communication with the host was good very spacious quiet neighbourhood - Cleanliness was the biggest disappointed, while not bad by all means a lot of the dishes, especially glasses were a bit dirty, bathroom had dirt build up that needs some proper cleaning (toilet and sink), the fan in the queen bedroom was extremely dusty. - Feels not like a home due to print outs of the house rules being displayed everywhere. I don't mind the rules but I believe the digital version or one print out should be enough. Additionally placing a security camera right above the outside seating made us feel uneasy and like we are being watched. Not an issue but maybe good to know that the queen bedroom has a double door that connects it to the entrance/ living room, so it is a bit less private. As we could imagine from the pictures, be careful with your head when staying in that one :)

Great spot for a Gibsons getaway

We had a fantastic stay at Matts place in Gibsons! The house is a short (10-15 minute) walk down to town and is a great launching spot to explore the Sunshine Coast. The house was very clean, new and fresh feeling and had everything we needed for our extended weekend stay. Checkin and checkout was painless and Matt was very easy to communicate throughout the process. Thanks again!!

Nice clean property, centrally located in Gibsons

Very nice renovated home, the location was great and we had great communication with Matt. All our friends enjoyed their stay except for one thing. There is an outside security camera that is directly over the outside patio table monitoring the backyard and patio door. As per our rental agreement, It was disclosed but it still didn't feel right. When I suggested to Matt it may be better positioned it was not received well. Besides that, it was a great rental and I would highly recommend it as long as you are cool with the possibility of being monitored,
