This exceptional waterfront property offers 3 bedrooms, open plan living, dining and kitchen which all open out to the spacious verandah, ideal for your morning cupa as you watch the sun rise, or your afternoon drinks as the sun sets over the coastline.

All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 22-23 the changeover day is Thursday. We don't schedule arrivals on public holidays.

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay. It was such a clean house and had such a perfect view of the beach. Loved the open space of the first floor. Such a beautiful spot to dine with your loved ones with a beautiful view at the back. The house also had everything that we wanted when it comes to cooking. Would definitely come back! :)

Surfing getaway

The house was fabulous, very comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was terrible as south coast weather can be, but it didn't matter as we were so comfortable. The views from the house are magnificent and the surfer still got a surf!

Great location.

The property has a large open plan kitchen/dining /lounge with a long table to seat 8 people. Some things need attention. The microwave table did not rotate. The lounges could do with a clean of the upholstery. Not inviting. The coffee table needs to be replaced. The extractor fan above the stove did not work. Otherwise its a good place but not five star.

Relaxing getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Gerroa, the property was spectacular and well equipped with everything we needed. Absolute waterfront views and short walk to the beach. Short drive to Gerringong. We will be back.

Beautiful house

Such a beautiful place to stay, with such a great view and lovely neighbours. Our hot water was unfortunately not working the first night of our stay, and was told it was because the gas had run out - we felt like it should have been checked before arriving. However, we were able to fix it right after we contacted the manager. Overall, my guests and I very much enjoyed our stay at the property and I would recommend this place to others.

Nice stay in a great location

The property is in a fantastic location and is as advertised. The house was nice and clean and modern. There were some issues with the property managers however and the service could have been much better in fixing issues that arose.

Simply beautiful....

We had the most amazing time holidaying in his home. The house was beautiful: great layout, modern, very comfortable. The location was second to none. We loved walking on the rocks at low tide and jumping straight into the ocean for a quick dip. No need to take the short walk down to the beach with the sea a stones throw away! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return :)
