"Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Fluss, gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Schöne Zimmer die alle mit einer Küche ausgestattet sind und mindestens einem französischen Balkon aber häufiger einem regulären. Top Frühstück mit brasilianischen Spezialitäten. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Ausstattung ist auch im brasilianischen Stil. Es ist wie Urlaub ganz weit weg mit kurzer Anfahrt. Wir kommen immer total gerne."

"Great location. Rooms are quite dated. I know it’s a historic hotel but heater appears to be from the early 20th century. Thermostat doesn’t work. Shower has 5 control knobs even my AI can’t tell me how to use them. You only need one knob in most hotel…"

"Very nice room. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. The “fitness center” is actually full gym, open to the public (free for hotel guests), so it is quite extensive. My only complaint is that the water temperature sometimes fluctuated in the shower. Otherwise, I really liked this hotel. "

"Front desk employees in the morning were amazing. The front desk employee at night was kind of rude. Even though we had a do not clean sign at the door, house keeping entered the room which felt like a lack of privacy. We also kindly requested a refund for the last night as something came up and had to leave Frankfurt early to which the manager refuse to help. Overall great experience at check in but not great overall"
