The view from the balcony was lovely across the golf course. Everything you need in the apartment, good place to stay if you have a vehicle.

We enjoyed our stay however the pots & pans were disgraceful - the cupboard was dirty & a lot of the pans unusable. Oven was also dirty. There were no tissues, had to use toilet paper until we could buy some.

Nothing fancy, but cheapish and had everything you need. Not alot nearby other then golf course straight across the road and red rooster at end of street, but only 10mins from town centre. Down stairs was empty luckily as could be a lil loud with the wood floors. Was fairly peaceful.

Looking over the golf greens gave a sense of green as very dry everywhere. The property was very tastefully furnished and linen very good. Only blight was the large kitchen window was without a blind and you felt very exposed especially at night. Felt safe here as all precautions have been taken. A way out of town center but that’s fine.

Comfortable place at a reasonable price point

Had what we needed, the air-con works fine as it was hot as hades when we were in Geraldton. The place is a bit out of the centre, so I wouldn't recommend here unless you have wheels.

Golf Country Week

Perfect location beside the golf course. The suburb of Spalding doesn't have a good rating due to crime however we stayed in the upstairs apartment and the property is fenced and well maintained with parking behind the fencing. Since we found to be a great advantage since we were travelling with sporting equipment. And, the apartment sits on the fringe of the suburb. We had no problems and were very happy with the spacious property and would definitely stay there again. Wth regard to any cleaning, I would suggest that is relative to the cleaners not to the owner and doesn't reflect on the owners. However I do think the owners need to address that with them as the marks on the lounge was a bit off putting. The main large blue lounge needed attention which I did myself. Cheers to Anna for her prompt reply to any messages and questions and her willingness to allow us to check in early if we needed to do so. Fortunately, we didn't need to take advantage of her kindness.
