"We stayed in Coral Sands May 2-9, 2022. There were 3 couples… using 2 bedrooms upstairs & 1 bedroom in the efficiency apartment downstairs. Perfect for a group, plus privacy. The home is tidy & well stocked. Best of all, the AC blows cold when you need it! "Location was the deciding factor for this stay-right on Hooper’s Bay. Water pristine, very few people, soft white sand and clean beach. They provided lounge chairs and kayaks to use in the bay-each one of us enjoyed that adventure. Our beach was as beautiful as any beach located on Exuma. "February Point is quiet and convenient. The house is very comfortable and everyone loved the view from their bedroom. The boat is perfect for cruising around the bay and the private dock made starting the adventure very easy. The host was quick to respond."

"This was my 3rd time to Exuma and I took my 2 teenagers for their first time. Peter and Betty were wonderful hosts. They answered my questions quickly and were waiting for us when we arrived to show us around their wonderful property. The location is wonderful, very close to 2 grocery stores and a short distance to Georgetown. I would definitely stay there again if I make it back to Exuma!"
