Welcome to Starfish Villa!

Located in February Point, Starfish Villa is only minutes away from George Town with its restaurants, bars, entertainment, and grocery store. This exceptional home blends timeless elegance with modern comfort. Built in 2008, it boasts exquisite British-Caribbean Colonial décor and breathtaking panoramic views of the water.

Designed for both relaxation and entertaining, the home features TWO luxurious master suites with king beds—one conveniently located on the first floor and the other on the second. Additional accommodations include a charming room with two twin beds, a cozy queen bedroom, and an airy upstairs loft with both a full-size and twin bed.

The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the waterfront scenery. Flowing seamlessly from the kitchen, the open-concept dining area and great room offer an inviting atmosphere for gathering with family and friends.

The living room, with its soaring two-story ceiling and glass wall offers uninterrupted views of the pool and cove.

Step outside to the expansive backyard, where a spectacular vanishing-edge pool overlooks the waters of Elizabeth Harbour and Crab Cay along with a spacious deck and a newly constructed outdoor bar and grill.

Whether you’re lounging by the pool or exploring the nearby coastline, this home is a haven designed for unforgettable moments with family and friends.

There will be a $400 charge for any additional house cleaning service.during your stay.

I highly recommend Antonio Johnson of Johnson's Getaway for boating, fishing, snorkeling.

*** Electricity---there is a generator on the property. This will automatically kick on if the electricity is turned off by the city for whatecer reason. It regularly is turned off by the city on the island and we have no control over this.

***Water----there are tanks under the house supplying 1200 gallons of extra water when the city water is turned off and there is a desalination system that is not in use when the weather is stormyas it will clog the pipes.. Be mindful that this water will run out if you are using an excess when the water is turned off and the city pressure is low.

PERFECT stay

Perfect with one specific caveat

This house is perfect; pictures don't do it justice. Our multi-gen family went (teens, parents, grandparents), and it was very comfortable and well appointed. Owner emailed us information when we made the reservation, and we used her advice to rent a boat and car and for restaurant recommendations. Some highlights of the week for us: private Chef Khristont, boat trip to the Chat n Chill, Blu on the Water for dinner, and pool time.Our only caveat is specific to us, so most people will not be affected. We are responsible catch and release fishers and did research, and we rented the house after friends stayed and enjoyed fishing from the house's private dock. We were shocked when the next door neighbor yelled at my 15 year old for fishing from the same dock. Then the game warden knocked on our door (and told us it was the neighbor who called), and he explained there are very few legal fishing areas in the Exumas. This was incredibly disappointing and put a damper on the vacation. This is not the owner's fault, and she was very responsive when we messaged her. Obviously, the laws are neither well publicized nor enforced often. The same next door neighbor has apparently cut down vegetation between the houses, added tons of light polluting blue lights outside, and thinks nothing of riding jet skis and a twin engine boat around the cove.Bottom line: Fabulous house for non-fishers! If you want to fish, either go somewhere else in Bahamas or hire a guide and don't fish off the dock.

Fabulous stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the starfish villa’ It was very well equipped and the location was stellar. I would suggest doing a lot of boating activities as these were the highlights of our trip. The photos just don’t do this place justice! We will definitely be back to stay here in years to come. Only hiccup was finding the house itself but we reached out to the property manager who answered right away and guided us to the right house!

Feels like home

This house not only met our needs perfectly, it is so tastefully appointed it feels more like home than a weekly rental. We had a small issue with upstairs water pressure but other than that had no complaints. The manager was quick to respond to any and all questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Loved our Stay in Great Exumas

The house was such a lovely gathering place for our group. We loved cooking dinners at the house and taking boat rides from the house to the store. We decided to rent our own boat which was made so easy with accessibility to the dock at the house. The infinity pool was lovely and we enjoyed it every day, along with swims in the cove. It was fun to see all the wildlife in our cove with masks and snorkel. We even had a friendly sea turtle who lives in the cove that we saw several times. Cathy was very helpful with answering any questions we had. Thank-you for a lovely time in paradise.

Nicely appointed ed big souse on a quiet Island

My family thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, and was in really good condition. The location is perfect for boat lovers, and the pool was nice too. We would definitely stay here again.

House was great except for one issue.

Only thing that was wrong was main air conditioning unit was broken when we arrived and was not fixed for 6 days. Communication was poor with this situation and if I was owner I would have offered discount for inconvenience. If everything is working in the house it will be great!

PERFECT getaway!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Starfish Villa. Everything was as described and so much more! We arrived after dark to Exuma airport and it was our first time to the island, that definitely made getting our rental car picked up and getting to February Point a bit challenging! However, as soon as we pulled up to gate of February point, we felt very well cared for. Our entire trip to the island was magical and Starfish Villa was a great home base. Thanks so much! Family Escape

My wife and I, our adult son/girlfriend and adult daughter/boyfriend changed travel plans when we found this home on Exuma. We have been on 4 previous trips to Bahamas, but never to Exuma. The home was amazing, we could not have asked for better accommodations. Great location only a few minutes from Georgetown. Amazing view & outdoor space, higher end property, well stocked. Daphne/Rodney the home mgrs are special and very helpful. We spent most of the time on the water in a boat and trust us when we tell you that Antonio Johnson will show you a great time in one of the most beautiful places on earth. He picks you up at your private dock and delivers you back at the end of the day. We spent 3 full days together and each was better than the day before. So much to do in the area and from a home base like this one, you are off to a great start to an amazing vacation. Definitely recommend - we will very likely return and stay at this exact home.

Beautiful home and wonderful safe location.

We were a family with 3 adult children. Everyone had plenty of space to enjoy time together but also nice separate private bedrooms. It is right on the water with plenty of water toys. There is no sandy beach but we still enjoyed snorkeling. Kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked as well as walked to the Rusty anchor.

Paradise in Exuma

Beautifully maintained property with lush gardens and unbeatable views. The house is perfect for 1 or 2 families (2 master bedrooms) with 8-10 people. A new dock is a perfect place to keep a boat to explore the harbor and surrounding islands. 5 minute ride into town by boat or car makes shopping and dinning convenient. Hope to be back next year.

The house was just what we were looking for! Lots of space. Big kitchen with everything we needed to cook many evenings! Loved having a pool this time in the Exumas. Plenty of SUP’s/kayaks (all in great condition) to use during your stay. Owner and property manager responsive to our inquiries. We love February Point. Will definitely try and stay here again next summer!

Perfect!

Cathy and her home are outstanding! This house has everything you need for a perfectly relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfortable, the views are stunning, and the furnishings of the home are coastal, relaxed and beautiful. One of our favorite parts of the trip was being able to come home after a long day of exploring the most beautiful beaches to enjoy the private pool - it's a game changer! We loved watching the sun rise in the morning with coffee on the patio and the sun set in the evening with a glass of wine on the dock. Cathy is a gracious, communicative host and we are already planning a return to Starfish Villa in the next few months!

Starfish Villa was an absolute home run!

We have visited Exuma many times. This rental in Georgetown was by far our favorite. February Point is an excellent location, especially for families. Evvie, our house manager was very responsive, the cleaning crew was awesome and adorable, and the house is spectacular! Few minor issues, but Evvie was on it! Cannot recommend this place enough! It has absolutely everything! Thank you, Cathy, for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will be back!
