"Jack, the host, is very welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay near Georgetown. Very nice to have kayaks and beach stuff to enjoy the beautiful beaches on this island. 4 adults and 2 teens stayed comfortably. They provide a robe so you can enjoy the outdoor shower. Grocery is about 15 min away but I do recommend having Kay get groceries before you arrive. Helps to have some food before you go into town. "I have just returned from Jack’s Island House with 10 college friends celebrating our 60th birthdays. The house was perfect for us! The large screen porch was wonderful for hanging out on, and for the night we had a chef come in. The plunge pool was an amazing way for us to relax at the end of the day. "We have rented many vacation homes and this definitely one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was so organized and had everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals at the house. The grill was fabulous! The set up of the house is so nice with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Everything is top notch. We loved taking long walks on the beach and being centrally located on the island. Would love to return!"

Beautiful house on a big piece of property so no worries about privacy or neighbors being to close. 20 minutes from Georgetown so easy to get provisions. We rented a boat for the week and the dock was perfect for keeping it tied up."

"Beautiful beachfront property!!! Plenty of room with great views. Very clean. We really enjoyed the pool. Close to airport and a few good restaurants. The caretaker of the property was amazing, he helped us out on several occasions. I would definitely stay at this property again."
