Este nuevo alquiler ubicado en el exclusivo enclave de Old Hooper's Bay es una pequeña comunidad compartida con solo otras 7 casas de temporada ubicadas en más de 30 acres y limita con nuestra exclusiva reserva de playa y parque. Escondido de la carretera principal con nuestra entrada de acceso privado "no público", nuestro hogar y playa se convierten en un lugar muy tranquilo y, lo más importante, privado. Nuestra excelente ubicación en el centro de la isla ofrece el beneficio de un fácil acceso a Georgetown y muchas comodidades, que incluyen banca, tiendas, restaurantes y tiendas de comestibles. La casa de huéspedes y la casa principal vienen como una si se desea y nunca se alquilarán por separado a otros grupos.

Blue Hues es una casa frente al mar bien equipada con una casa de huéspedes opcional junto con su propia piscina privada que ofrece un entorno perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de la compañía de familiares y amigos. Esta hermosa casa se encuentra en más de un acre de exuberantes jardines y paisajes nativos. Nuestra casa tiene más de 180 grados de impresionantes vistas de agua turquesa con un gran patio al aire libre y una amplia piscina que ofrece excelentes lugares para relajarse y descansar al final del día .
Puedes caminar hasta la playa privada, que rara vez está ocupada, a solo unos pasos de distancia, con hamacas para esa siesta por la tarde.

Esta propiedad de 3 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños ha sido magníficamente amueblada y ofrece lo mejor de la vida en una isla de lujo. Tres de las habitaciones se encuentran en la casa principal con una opción de alquiler adicional para la casa de huéspedes completa con un dormitorio de matrimonio, sala de estar, baño completo y cocina. Esta es una unidad perfecta para niñeras, abuelos o niños.

This was our 3rd time to the island but first time staying at Blue Hues. Rick was nothing but accommodating and extremely communicative before, during and after our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful- I haven’t seen anything else like it in Great Exuma. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and close to restaurants. The beach was beautiful! We will definitely be back to Blue Hues! Can’t recommend enough!

Our stay at Blue Hues was absolutely incredible. The location of this house is perfect! Our family of 7 loved that it was just steps away from the most beautiful blue waters and secluded beach. The house itself is also fantastic. Everything you need for both inside and outside are there. We especially enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboads and snorkeling gear. Blue Hues is very well appointed, with gorgeous views from every room. It was plenty of space for our family. Our kids loved the pool (and views from the pool!) and exploring the well maintained grounds. The family of peacocks was an added bonus. Rick could not have been more helpful with our arrival, check in and just generalIsland knowledge. His recommendations for restaurants, excursions, etc were all spot on. This was our first time out of the country with all 5 children and he made the process seamless with all of his tips. He is very quick to respond. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and property with us, we will definitely be back!

Rick was the most communitive host we have ever had. Prompt, concise, and best of all, funny! His home handbook, directions, and suggestions were so helpful. Blue Hues is a beautiful wonderland. The grounds are made up of paths lined with flowers, plants, cactus, etc. along with areas to gaze at the most beautiful waters you have ever seen. The private beach was great and we spent hours playing beach golf, kayaking, and sun bathing. The home has all you will need to enjoy your time there, a well stocked kitchen with a table that we played cards at every evening and televisions in every room as well as great views from the house, patio, and the beautiful pool. There are so many amenities.Rick has a whole selection of restaurants to suggest, our favorites were Salt, Blu, and Shirley's. Keep in mind that a lot of the restaurants only serve appetizers between lunch and dinner so call to make sure what their menu selection is for the time you will be dining. The online menus are not always offered.Besides our private beach, another favorite beach was Exuma Point which is shallow and offers the chance to walk out into the water for a distance and see marine life and shells.We had a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Blue Hues was spectacular; the property is even more beautiful than the photos. Both the main house and guest house were immaculately clean. As a group that loves to cook, we were thrilled with the kitchen and outdoor grill, which were well-stocked with every tool and spice needed. The grill was high-quality and in excellent condition. We also loved the living area, the cabinet is packed with games like Connect Four and Monopoly!The grounds are lush with tropical foliage, peacocks, and hummingbirds. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores and Georgetown, yet felt incredibly secluded. We spent a lot of time at the semi-private beach, seeing only a handful of people. It was the perfect backdrop for a private New Year’s celebration under the moonlight.Some Highlights: Beach & Gear: Semi-private with great shade. Rick has thought of everything—the garage is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and kayaks. Pool: A clean, sparkling, and well-maintained spot to relax. Balcony: Elevated with stunning views. As an amateur astronomer, it was the perfect spot for my astrophotography telescope. This is a Bortle Class 3 area; the Milky Way is prominent during a new moon!Beyond the home, Rick is an exceptional host. His communication was flawless and he is a genuinely kind person. I enjoyed chatting with him a few times about shared interests, making me feel like a welcomed friend. If you want a peaceful, well-equipped getaway, this is it!

We loved every minute of our stay in Blue Hues! The property is absolutely amazing, we even did a few photo sessions. We spent a day kayaking to the nearby island and the beaches. We also explored little exuma with all the wonderful beaches there. Our highlight was the men o war sandbar. We’ve done it twice by foot from the shore at low tide and on the boat. We used Gemini AI to give us advice on what to see and what to do. It worked out really nicely. Unforgettable vacation overall!

Our family of 5 stayed at blue hues for the week of Thanksgiving and it was a dream! The kids loved exploring the properties many garden areas, looking for the peacocks, the outdoor shower, swimming in the pool, using the beach park swing, and going to the beach. Rick was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had before; providing us with every detail of his home and all of the amenities and things Blue Hues has to offer. He had so many water toys and beach things, which made it so simple once we arrived. We had Charlene help us with a rental car and stock us with groceries. We had Healing Hands come for massages and we did a boat half day tour and a half day fishing with Sugar Adventure. All recommendations from Rick! The house is extremely convenient to the airport but also seems so remote and is very quiet and private - tucked away from the main roads. We had such an amazing and memorable week!!

Rick was such an outstanding host. He was always available for questions from before our booking, during the booking, leading up to our stay and during our stay. Not only is Blue Hues exceed our expectations, it will be our residence of choice whenever we visit Exuma. The home is immaculate, the views are breathtaking and the proximity to everything you need and want couldn't be better. Thank you, thank you, thank you Rick and Jodi! We will be back soon.

This was a great vacation experience!!! The home is well maintained by the host, and the amenities are second to none!!! I would highly recommend the main house, as well as the guest house. The best part is that the staff is a phone call away for anything you might need.

Everything was as described and more! Pool and beachfront ARE FANTASTIC! The grounds (flowers, stone paths) are just perfect! PLUS, wife got to see sea turtles in our “back yard”! Planning 2026!
