Best value for families. Luxury villa with one of the best ocean views on Exuma! Overlooking Palm Bay beach and famous Jolly Hall beach. Private pool with ocean view. Large wrap-around balcony upstairs and patio on lower level. Watch sunrise over the beautiful ocean from your bed. Convenient location close to beach, restaurants, Georgetown and shops. 4 bedrooms- 3 bedrooms upstairs with en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom downstairs.
Sleeps 8 (1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds)
Spacious living and dining with beautiful modern kitchen. A few minutes walk to Palm Bay beach and Jolly Hall Beach as well as the popular local Fish Fry where you will find the best BBQ ribs, fresh grilled fish and famous conch salad at Steve's. Good food and drinks across the street at Exuma Beach Resort and Augusta Bay Hotel.
Georgetown is 1.2 miles away along Queens Highway for shopping and groceries. Take a short taxi boat ride from Augusta Bay to Chat and Chill for its famous roast pig on Sundays and swim with friendly dolphins and feed a friendly pet sting ray called Sunshine.

From the moment we booked, the host Cleo was in touch to ensure a smooth check in. The house was just as advertised with every aspect to our liking. Cleo was aware that I was celebrating a birthday and ensured some beautiful surprises to mark the occasion. I was blown away by the personal attention to my special day.We fell in love with the privacy of the location, it was clean, smelled good and made us feel so welcome.The amenities were as advertised and everything needed for a home away from home was in place. I noticed a well positioned grill on the wrap around porch and although we didn't get a chance to use it, we are planning to on our next visit.The proximity to everything (beach, restaurants, town center, airport) was an added bonus.The view!! Omg, it was like a piece of heaven. You could see all fifty shades of blue from every room on the second floor. We slept with the blinds open in the master bedroom, just to wake up to the sunrise! The tub and shower in the master suite were large enough for two.It was a little cool during our visit so we didn't utilize the large pool but I did dangle my feet in it just for a photo op! Cleo was available at all times and checked in to see if anything was needed, this made us feel so special. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to return, but will bring our granddaughters next time because there was certainly enough room and amenities for a large family!

A great house in a great location! This was our first trip to The Bahamas and couldn't have enjoyed this property more! It's centrally located just outside of George Town and a short drive to nearby beaches, such as Jolly Hall and Hooper's Bay. Grocery stores were about 5 minutes in either direction via the Queen's Highway. We enjoyed a day trip into Little Exuma (Santanna's and Tropic of Cancer Beach) in addition to a half day boat tour through Exuma Water Sports. We spent our last day in a boat we rented from Minns Water Sports checking out Stocking Island and Elizabeth Harbor. Beautiful weather (upper 70s) on our trip between Christmas and New Year's. Cleo was very welcoming and did a wonderful job as our concierge to make our vacation truly special!

We loved the location and the house. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We did have an ant problem in the kitchen and master bedroom. Other than that it was great!

This is a great property. Location is great and views are awesome. Had an issue with hot water in the master suite and unfortunately while wasn't fixed I still loved the property and believe the management team was trying to get fixed. Other issues like the handle on the toilet braking was fixed very promptly.

Exuma Getaway

We came down to the island for 4 nights and FantaSea Villa was a great home base. Near to attractions and the airport and, to be honest, the home is almost a destination in itself! The views were incredible, the pool and accommodations were quite comfortable for our party of 6, and Cleo was very communicative and easy to work with. The only issue we had was... our stay wasn't long enough! We hope to be back soon!

No hot water for 2 days poor response

We went 2.5 days with no hot water heater . Water heater went bad . When we called they were quick to send someone over but they couldn’t fix it and called coming else. The 2nd person figured out water heater was bad but was in no hurry to get one . I understand it takes time to get . But 2.5 days??? We said ok but we want a partial refund due to no hot water . At this time we were ghosted . Called , text and got no response . No refund . I would recommend this place at all . It’s also not Walking distance to beach . You have to drive a little distance then walk . It was very clean and a nice house . Had a great view and centrally located . Staffs non response made it not with it though . I would not recommend this place . I didn’t expect much if a refund but a day would have been nice. Instead we were treated poorly and ignored

Beautiful views and very clean!

The property has one of the nicest views on the entire island! The covered porch was perfect for enjoying coffee and at the end of the day. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. You will need to get bottled water for drinking - they had some jugs in the fridge which was great! Cleo was wonderful to work with. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but that was fine and we enjoyed it at the end of the day! You can walk to Jolly Hall beach, but you have to walk beside the Queens highway for a bit. We drove.You can park along the road for a lot of beaches. You can walk to Splash restaurant - we enjoyed it. But a couple of days later it was closed (not sure if it reopened) We also ate at Shirleys, It was just ok. Restaurants seem to close on the weekends, and may randomly close. I highly recommend calling to be sure they're open! On weekends, get reservations or call ahead for pickup. It can take a long time to get food. A lot of beaches were hard to find. There is very little signage. Research detailed directions ahead of time to save yourself time and frustration! It's worth the hunt though! Hint: look for "Beach Access" signs. A lot of the roads to beaches are in rough shape (some can wash out) We were VERY glad we rented a Jeep! Recommend Smittys grocery store - it's much nicer than the Shop Rite. Note that groceries are expensive -about twice the price in the states Overall a wonderful stay and I would rent the house again!

Escape to Exuma!

Fanta Sea was a great property centrally located on the island and secluded from other rentals with an amazing view. Everything described in the listing is exactly how the house was. Cleo, the property manager greeted us at the door when we arrived and was available on What’s app with answers to any question throughout our stay. She was great! Beach towels were provided and nice. The bath towels were quality and very nice. A car is a must to be able to enjoy all the island has to offer. All the public beaches are so quiet it’s almost like you have the beach to yourself. And each one is gorgeous. Plenty of restaurants close to the property too. We had a great time!

Winter Getaway

This was a great place to stay with friends. Beautiful views, very clean, manager was very helpful. Convenient location close to town. Only negative was that it is next to the power plant which runs 24/7 but with the A/C on you can't hear it.

A hilltop pleasure

The home was much larger than the 4 of us needed, however we would certainly stay here again. Coast to coast views from the upper decks made for some wonderful photo memories. The pool was perfect for a relaxing swim after a long day exploring the island.

Posizione incantevole!

La casa è posizionata in una collinetta da dove poter ammirare il bellissimo mare che lo circonda. La casa non è posizionata direttamente sulla spiaggia ma con 5 minuti di macchina (fondamentale ad exuma) si raggiungono delle belle spiagge come Jolly Hall beach oppure con 8/10 minuti la bellissima Hooper's Bay dove poter vedere tartarughe così amichevole che si avvicinano appena sentono la tua presenza in acqua. Il host di casa è davvero splendido, Willy è stato sempre attento e cordiale sia prima che durante tutto il soggiorno. Gli avevo chiesto di farmi trovare latte e acqua nel frigor e così è sato. Se ci serviva qualcosa scrivevamo lui e neanche dopo 5 minuti rispondeva a tutte le nostre richieste ,infatti grazie anche a lui abbiamo potuto trovare una machina a noleggio. La casa è completa di tutto, non manca davvero nulla, la cucina super attrezzata con tutto quello che serve per fare qualsiasi pietanza. Gli arredi del soggiorno sono semplici ma funzionali . Gli spazi del terrazzo e zona piscina sono molto gradevoli, abbiamo usato ben due volte il bbq per le nostre grigliate! L' unica mia critica va alle pulizie: sulle scale c'era sabbia ovunque, i cassetti della cucina con briciole e piccoli resti di alimenti, i vetri del soggiorno sporchi, alcune camere avevano il pavimento sporco e in una in particolare abbiamo trovato dei cappelli sulla lenzuola. Consiglio di curare di piu' la pulizia della casa. Per il resto è andato tutto bene!

Perfect vacation!!

Fantasea Villa was conveniently located from the airport, George Town, and all the beaches and attractions were easily accessible!! The weather was perfect every day of the week we stayed. Restaurants provided good food, good drinks, and most of all very friendly and nicest people to wait on us!!! The property manager Willie was always available to answer all the questions and requests we had. There are no words fit to describe the beauty of the ocean and the white sand beaches. The best vacation we had to date! We will certainly plan to go back!!! ❤️😎😍

Great Island Getaway location!

Our time spent at Fanta Sea was fantastic! Beautiful view and perfect location in the middle of the island. There are several quite beaches very close, some even walking distance. The villa is located next to Splash bar and grill, and we definitely recommend. We would 100% stay again!
