Views of the stunning Hoopers Bay ( Turtle Bay) from the entire house. Large deck for entertaining.
We now have a large pool with a beautiful deck with incredible views over Hooper's Bay.
Open plan living space with 15 foot cathedral ceiling tastefully furnished with Asian furniture and artifacts. Large bedrooms with ensuite marble finished bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a beautiful King Size 4 Poster bed with hotel quality mattress and bedding.
We are located on a rocky elevated peninsula. This location gives the stunning views and a refreshing breeze. We are minutes walking distance from beach access. Quite neighborhood off the main road. Got to be seen to be believed. Sleeps 4 adults in 2 large bedrooms. We have just installed Fiber Optic broadband.

We also have 2 beautiful units next door named Turtle Bay 2 & 3. The references for these properties are 4168681 & 4712663.

Absolutely perfect stay! We loved the location, cleanliness, amenities and beauty of this home. Robert was so easy to communicate with and responsive. The view is incredible from both bedrooms, living area and deck. Super short walk to Hoopers Bay which is a fabulous, less busy beach also great for windier days. We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to be back.

We had an absolutely incredible stay! The view alone was worth the trip — crystal clear blue water stretching as far as the eye could see. It was truly breathtaking.The house was modern, spotless, and very well stocked with everything we needed. It felt private and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.The host was also outstanding. We ran into an unexpected travel snag during our trip, and he was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He was also very accommodating and provided assistance when we decided to extend our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free.His family was equally kind, friendly, and welcoming, and made us feel right at home.We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this house. It’s very spacious, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed. The views were fantastic and the nearby beach was absolutely stunning.The host was wonderful to deal with - friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We loved the place so much that we’ve already booked a return visit, which probably says it all.Highly recommended - we can’t wait to come back!

The house was just beautiful! My friend that stayed with me said it was like staying at the Four Seasons! The bathrooms were huge and perfectly done. The great room and the views were breathtaking..... Each bedroom walks out onto the terrace. The photos don't make it clear that both bedrooms have sliding glass doors onto the terrace by the pool... I stay in a lot of VRBO's and this host was beyond accommodating and communicative. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return to this VRBO!

This was an AMAZING stay at the Turtle Beach House!The location of the house was perfect, with a great view overlooking Hoopers Bay. Access to Hoopers Bay beach was right down the road, along with some great other host amenities offered.The house itself was well furnished and the lots of space in each of the rooms.The shared pool was perfect to have right there - for when you want some downtime at the house having the pool was fantastic.Robert was a fantastic host - sent us great information ahead of time, and had one of his assistants helping during our stay.When we come back to Exuma we'll definitely be looking at renting here again!

Our stay at Robert’s home was perfect- the views from the home overlooking turtle bay are gorgeous. The home was very spacious, had everything we needed. Check-in was very smooth, the home was easy to find. We enjoyed having the pool. The neighborhood was very quiet, safety was never a concern. We are already wanting to return and will definitely stay again!

Great house with everything you could possibly need. We usually hesitate to rent houses in the islands because they disappoint so frequently. This house is a game changer for us. Great AC, pool, huge kitchen. The bathrooms are amazing. Amd they have so much of what you need like beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler. EXUMA is amazing, and this house puts it over the top

This property was perfect for our second trip to Exuma. It was located conveniently in the middle of the island. The grocery store and several restaurants were within a 5-10 minute drive.The house itself was very nice and clean. Although we didn’t use the pool much, it was nice to be out on the patio by it every day. Lastly, I wanted to give credit to the host, Rob. He was fantastic. We arrived prior to check in time and he was willing to allow us to get to the house early. He personally gave us a tour of the property and provided recommendations for the island. Lastly, we got hit with a flight cancellation a hour before we were supposed to leave. I reached out to Rob to see if the property was still available. It was not, but Rob did offer an alternative to help us out. Although we stayed somewhere else, his offer was beyond kind. Highly recommend this house and would definitely support such an incredible host!

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Robert's property! Our travel day started out poorly as our flight to Exuma was canceled but Robert assisted us with options to get there the next day via Nassau. The property is gorgeous and there was nothing we needed the property didn't have at the ready. Even beach chairs and umbrella with coolers for the beach were available. The view is to die for! Robert was always available and provided so much local information about beaches and restaurants. We definitely will be back!

We’ll be back!

This was our first trip to Exuma and we were so so happy that we chose this house to stay in. The views in the photo listing don’t do it justice! It’s truly stunning! You can see the gorgeous blue ocean from both bedrooms, the entire living space, and the huge deck. The house was very clean, spacious, and had every utensil/appliance we could need. The beach towels and chairs were so helpful to have there to use as well. It was windy for a couple days of our stay so we made great use of the pool. You really can’t beat the location - it’s so close to town but also feels secluded and is just a short walk down to the beach and a short drive to all the others! After all our exploring of the island we agreed it’s the perfect spot to stay. Rob is a fantastic host. He took time out of his own vacation to help us with any issues or questions. He and his family are so hospitable and kind. We had an unforgettable trip and will be back to stay here again for sure! We may even bring more family to rent the house next door too!

Amazing Views of Hoopers Bay

Turtle Bay I is a great property to enjoy the views of Hoopers Bay in Exuma! As always, Rob is an excellent host and goes above and beyond. Our last stay in Exuma was at Turtle Bay III…Will definitely be back!

Turtle Bay House 1

Turtle Bay House 1 exceeded all of our expectations. We were a party of 4 adults. Robert our host was great. He supplied a packet of information that was very helpful. The place was well keep up, clean and had all the necessary things for cooking, going to the beach and a nice pool on site. We will definitely stay at Turtle Bay 1 if visiting Exuma again. Thank you Robert for you hospitality.

Paradise

This house was perfect. The photos do not do it justice. It was clean, new, and well appointed. Better in person then in the pictures! Very spacious and well maintained. The bathrooms were huge, washer and dry functioned well, all appliances were great. Beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 4. The views of the bluest water are amazing!!!. The pool was great and sharing it was not a problem. The owners were so attentive and helpful. They even came and helped us with a flat tire. They allowed us to use their kayak and paddle board down at the beach to see the sea turtles in the bay. Great location you can walk to hoppers bay or we beach hopped by car. Rent the car and live the island life this way! You will not regret it. We will definately book this home again!

Peaceful

A nice house, clean, quiet and with a lot of space. The pool is very pleasant and we enjoy it because the way to the Beach isn’t very easy. The view on Hoopers Bay is amazing but it’sn’t the best view as you write in the tittle : on arrival we were so surprised to discover the 4 electric cables and pole just in front of the house, on the view ! And you have to check the beach seats : they are damaged, we couldn’t use them. But even these details our stay was very pleasant.

Great Place to Stay with an Epic View

Very nice rental home suitable for couples, multiple couples, or small families. Beautifully finished and well furnished. Epic view. Propert manager, Gabby, was pleasant and attentive. We felt like this was a good value and checked all of our boxes. We'll be back some day for another stay!

Birthday week

The house was perfect and super convenient to everything you need. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and cocktails by the pool in the afternoon. Super private and never saw anyone in the surrounding properties the entire week. Such a perfect place to destress from everyday life and most definitely my favorite place on the planet. We will be back!

Perfect stay

There are many properties for rent in Exuma but this is the choice we suggest for your holiday. The villa is amazing and the view from the patio and from the pool is stunning. the closest beach access is 200 meters far and Robert is always kind and ready to help as give advice about the island Absolutely recommended

Beautiful views!

We loved this location! Hoopers Bay is beautiful and the home is close to grocery stores which were super convenient. Everything was well kept which made for a comfortable stay. The host was fabulous, he made sure we had everything we need and provided us with all the information to make our stay truly wonderful! Looking forward to visiting again!!

Turtle Bay 1 "Great Property"

Turtle Bay 1 is in a great location!! Smitty's grocery and CnK Liquor store is only a couple minutes away. George town is only 10 min away. You are maybe 10 min or less away from the airport. The ocean views of Hooper's Bay are amazing from this property!! You won't mind cooking in the kitchen looking at these views. Please know that when you stay in Exuma you will end up visiting and driving to the different beaches all over the island so don't worry that you are not directly located on the beach. You are able to walk to Hooper's bay beach from this property. Our neighbors walked to that beach every day with children age toddler to probably 10 yrs old. The house was beautiful and up to date. It was great that there were beach chairs and umbrellas available to borrow and take to the various beaches. The pool was a nice addition too!! Just be aware that the pool is right beside Turtle Bay 1 house and the other properties next door have shared access to the pool so you will be sharing the pool with your neighbors if anyone is renting the units next door. The property was nicely maintained and I would highly recommend renting this property for either two couples or a family. The owner and property manager are both great people to work with. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect location on Grand Exuma

This is our second stay with this property manager. The homes are beautifully decorated and have everything you need for a luxurious stay. The pool is an added bonus. Beds are super comfortable and we could not have asked for more. We will be back next year. If your need a car to rent, contact Sure to Shore. There is a grocery store and liquor store close by as well. Lots of extras in the house suck as snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, etc.

Great first trip to Exuma!

My husband, myself, and two young children thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the pool and we loved the view! The house was clean and very comfortable. There were some handyman jobs that needed to be fixed while we were there but the owner communicated those clearly. The only small mishap was that all of the listing information had check out at 11:00, however cleaning personnel showed up at 10:00– this was very minor and they still accommodated us as we were getting our last minute things together. We loved the location and would stay again/
