"The place was perfect for my family. Full kitchen, dining room table for us all to eat at. Nice back yard to hang out and play Corn Hole and PIG!! The Pac-Man machine was fun to play. Only 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. About .75 miles to downtown Seaside. I would stay there again and recommend to my family and friends."

The cottage is really cute and comfortable except for the lumpy couch and relatively stiff mattress. It has everything you might need and is CLEAN (no shoes policy). "It was simple to book and check in was ok, great location and cool house however there were ants in the kitchen and the house smelt like cat pee everywhere. When I emailed them they never replied and when I booked they said just call for a late departure if you need one. When I asked for it they immediately texted me and said no. They were very responsive booking and getting their money and then crickets when we needed help. I am allergic to cats and I was sick the entire time! I’m not happy...
