This beautiful cabin property borders the Smoky Mtn. National Park where you can enjoy the quiet tranquility of the mountains while relaxing by the fire pit. If you get tired of sitting outdoors on the multiple decks, move into the original log cabin living room where you can lounge by a wood-burning fireplace and play games, read a book or watch TV! The cabin is located in Chalet Village, about halfway up the mountain near Ober Mountain... and in bear country!

Windsong is privately managed and cleaned by owners who live nearby. It is as quiet as can be but is conveniently located near all the action...only 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg! We're minutes away from the Gatlinburg Convention Center, Ober Gatlinburg ski slopes, Pigeon Forge & Dollywood. In downtown Gatlinburg you will also find Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, Space Needle, SkyLift Park, stores, numerous restaurants, moonshine tasting, and loads of entertainment. Our renters also have access to the Chalet Village Member's Club outdoor pools, weight room, game room, tennis courts and more (open Memorial day to Labor day). On property we offer a horseshoe pit, corn hole and a pool table.

The cabin is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom and comfortably sleeps 6, but can accommodate 8 on a sleeper sofa (1 king master, 2 queen beds, and queen sleeper sofa) and is located in the city limits of Gatlinburg off of Ski Mountain Rd. In addition to the single car covered carport, the cabin can comfortably accommodate 2 additional cars. Two outdoor Ring cameras are used for security purposes only and cover carport area and fire pit area.

We loved it there and hated to leave. Everything was gorgeous. The views could not be beat. Our last day we got the best view. We got to see a mama bear and her 2 cubs walk up the driveway and explore the yard. Remember to do as they recommend and keep your car doors locked. 1 of the cubs spent several minutes playing with my car door handles. Everything was clean and very easy check in. Over all I give it a solid 10/10.

Superb location way up on the ridge with access to open undeveloped land and trails. In bear country though, so caution is required. Beautiful and peaceful suroundings. Truly comfortable and cozy!

We had an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at Windsong! Stacy and Terry are wonderful hosts and thought of everything. The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas, every room was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, every light switch was labeled and the bedding was comfortable. Stacy was very responsive and even let us know that the cabin was ready for our visit and that we could arrive early if we wanted. It only took us a few minutes upon arrival to decide that we wanted to return. Beautiful, cozy, peaceful, amazing! Thank you Stacy and Terry. We’ll be back!

What an exceptional experience! We were 6 adults. The cabin (really much more than a cabin) was so well appointed. The furnishings were beautiful. Stacy and Terry thought of everything! The little details were impressive. Makeup remover cloths, a toothbrush and paste (in case you forgot), soft cozy blankets, games, books and an ice maker! The setting was very private, with an incredible fire pit.. Communication with our hosts was easy and fluid. I can’t think of anything I would want to be different!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The house was clean and hosts were super nice. I wish there were board games options. The pool table is to too big for the space it is placed in.

The cabin was great. Very comfortable for our family of four. We even saw a bear wander by on four of the five days we were there. It is up a winding, narrow mountain road, so be careful if you have a larger vehicle (our minivan made it up).

Clean cabin next to national park. Close to Gatlinburg. Very private. Nice decks. Pool table had holes at the bottom of the corners so watch out for rolling balls! Easy access to a hiking trail!

Windsong delivered!

My family and I had a great stay. The drive to the property was hilly, but manageable for my 80-year-old father-in-law and me. The cabin was well supplied, well maintained, and extremely comfortable. The nature on display right out the windows every day was breathtaking - bears, deer, coyotes etc. We loved our time at this place!

We had a great time at the house, the hosts made sure everything was very clean, which was important since we had a baby who puts everything in their mouth! It’s a bit precarious getting to the house but as long as your car can go uphill without issues you’ll be fine. The checkout was super simple which is really nice, and thoughtful. We saw bears right when we got there so we were happy they told us to get our food out of the car immediately. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect Stay

We could stay here forever - adorable cozy cabin with a beautiful view and location that felt safe. How cool that it backs right up to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park! My husband and I stayed with his parents. The layout was perfect for hosting two generations of adults. The drive up is definitely a mountain drive so thankfully we had somebody who felt confident taking that on. We did get pizza delivery one night from Ski Mountain Pizza which was perfect and fast.

Perfect family getaway

The cabin was amazing! Plenty of room for our group of 6, soft towels, softer sheets, and a location that can't be beat. We were able to walk directly onto a trail from the backyard, and while we were only 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg it felt complementary stems.

Incedible Mountain Holiday Vacation

The cabin was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated for the holidays and had every necessity included so you didn't have to run out. What a wonderful time we had making smores at the outdoor fire pit and cozying up by the indoor fireplace to watch a movie. Would 100% stay again.
