Wind down your night in the private hot tub that overlooks the beautiful mountains or relax indoors in both bathrooms’ jetted tubs that overlook the majestic Smoky Mountains. Surrounded by nature, this property features the seclusion and privacy that are rare finds in the Smokies.

This beautiful property is located in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It is directly in front of our iconic Mt. LeConte and has a beautiful view of the mountain from every room in the house. We're located just 4 miles to Downtown Gatlinburg and 8 miles to The Parkway in Pigeon Forge. This property features the privacy and seclusion that are hard to find on so many properties with mountain views.

In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in.

Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. For this reason we highly suggest travel insurance if you think there may be a possibility of your trip being interrupted for any reason.
