We stayed at Cabin #7, Lacking For Nothing. It wasn't the one originally pictured which was right next to the creek, but we ended up loving the change - it was higher up and had a nice view of hills and trees. Check-in was smooth, and the cabin itself was cozy and peaceful. There were some nice little extra touches, like snacks/water on the counter, and chocolates and a cute little bear made of towels in the master BR. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub on the back porch was on and waiting, and lovely to hang out in with a beautiful view.
The kitchen and living room were great to cook, eat, and relax in. Both TV's in the LR and master BR were easy to sign into through Roku. There was a nice amount of windows - my daughter loved the loft bed and the view from the windows there. The back porch overlooked the road, but it was far enough down that car noise wasn't bad. Besides the hot tub, there were 2 rocking chairs that were nice to relax in with morning coffee, and a table and chair set to eat at. Bathrooms were spacious and well stocked with fresh towels.
The kitchen was also well stocked with dishes. The only thing I missed was a non-stick pan and metal spatula, bcuz the pancakes I made ended up being somewhat of a disaster. But I guess that's what having a 15 year old son who will eat anything is for... 😄 There was a streak of food on the fridge wall when we came, but other than that, the cabin was clean.
The location was great! Would stay here again!
