Our stay was excellent. One thing I might suggest though, is putting a warning on this particular property about all the bear that come around. They come right to to the doors and cars and try to open. Very scary. It is absolutely unsafe to be in the hot tub, use the grill or be in the back yard. During our three day stay we saw approximately 20 bears and had to do watch when someone went to their car. It was incredible to see the bear but if you have no warning about how comfortable these bears are to roam, you could be put in a very vulnerable situation.

Family Vacation Christmas

Great stay. Very nice Cabin. Some of the furniture is worn and needs replacing. Family enjoyed the game room and theatre room. Disappointed there were no holiday decorations at all when other rental properties in the area had them. For the price we paid typically we would expect some amenities ( dish soap,toilet paper/paper towels/ etc )

Fabulous Four

The outside lights around the hot tub were 90% burnt out and the table and chairs were loose but we tightened them. Location and the layout of the house was excellent.

Great Place but roaches.

The location was very nice and convenient, the cabin itself was nice and met our needs but we counted over 15 roaches during our 3 night stay. So it was a bit of added trouble trying to keep our personal items unavailable to the roaches. Also we saw several bears almost everyday which was awesome, just beware!!

Beary Nice!

Enough room for the family. Really enjoyed the game room, movie theatre and hot tub for some relaxation. Also not too far from all the excitement in town or any store for you to get all your goodies from. Seen bears everyday, as close as the backyard at times. Had ourselves a good time.

Family fun for all

This was an all around good place to stay. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 5 children (2-17 in age). There was something to do for all ages. THE GOOD Nice location near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, minutes from each and the National Park. Rooms were nice and clean. Worth mentioning that one bedroom is in the basement off the game room, one is off the main floor with kitchen and living room and the other 2 with loft space are upstairs. Super easy to check in and out. THE BAD It was described as a fully stocked kitchen. Our group made/cooked all our meals so we noticed a few necessities missing like measuring spoons, scissors and serving/mixing bowls. The bugs were a bit of a nuisance. We did kill one cockroach and a few tiny beetles. The furniture on the main level was falling apart but I’m sure it gets heavy use. SUMMARY It’s a good cabin overall and would recommend it to others. Super convenient location. Can’t say that I’ve been in any rental that had absolutely everything needed to cook meals. Bugs were present but in all my times visiting Gatlinburg, I’d say this is the norm.
