Sleeping arrangements

The cabin offers five bedrooms, each with streaming TV and its own ensuite bathroom. On the main level a bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite, while a second bedroom provides a full over full bunk bed. Upstairs, three additional suites each include a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Altogether the layout comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families and larger groups.



Indoor amenities

A year‑round heated indoor pool serves as the centerpiece for relaxation and play. The private indoor theater boasts a large screen for movie nights, and the game room is stocked with a racing simulator, multicade arcade machine, billiards table and a game console. A fully appointed kitchen flows into a dining area and a spacious living room, perfect for gathering around meals or board games. Laundry needs are met with a washer and free dryer, and extra pillows, blankets and room‑darkening shades add extra comfort. For younger guests you’ll find a Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby safety gates and children’s dinnerware.



Outdoor living

Crisp winter air makes the balcony and backyard fire table feel especially peaceful, while the wood‑burning fire pit offers a cozy spot for s’mores. The hot tub is heated year‑round, providing a warm retreat after mountain adventures. An outdoor dining set, comfortable furniture and a charcoal grill let you enjoy meals al fresco when the weather permits. Free parking, a private entrance and a smart lock make self‑check‑in effortless.



Home features & safety

High‑speed Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable in every season. Safety is covered with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first‑aid kit and an exterior security camera over the front door. Long‑term stays are welcome, and guests must be 21 or older to book.

Additional notes

The cabin is decorated for Christmas from December 1 through December 31, with decorations removed after the holiday season. The final 350 feet of the driveway are gravel; most vehicles can access the cabin year‑round, though 4WD may be needed in snow or ice. Check‑in and check‑out are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Pets are not allowed, but service dogs are accepted with proper documentation and must not be left unattended. A 5 % discount is offered to active military, veterans, police and firefighters upon proof of service. A starter pack supplies towels, linens, basic toiletries and a few surprise extras for your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, excluding a few owners closets.

Access to this property in the inter months may require 4WD if there is ice or snow. The driveway leading to this cabin is gravel and can be slippery on the incline if there is snow and/or ice
