"We really enjoyed our stay at Little Bay Getaway. The property was very well equipped and even had an air conditioner which we used on two days. Would definitely book this again on any future trips back to Gladstone. The only suggestion we have is the mattress needs to be replaced. Mark. Ann and Amanda Goodman"

"This cabin was exactly what we wanted. Nestled inside the Hiawatha National Forest on the shores of beautiful Thunder Lake! The drive in is gorgeous!! We saw deer, turkeys, a couple rabbits and something we guessed was a weasel. The cabin was so comfortable, furnished with absolutely everything you’d need for a full week of fun! "I cannot say enough good things about this property! It is beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful pine wood and decor throughout and so clean. The most spectacular sunsets! Property owner Kirk was so friendly and helpful. We want to stay again!!"

"Thank you for having the perfect home for our family of 8 adults age ranging from 87 to 22. We all enjoyed our morning coffee looking at the open water. We enjoyed the property with swimming, kayaking or playing lawn games as we waited for the beautiful sun sets. The garage was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the July weather not exceed 75 degrees. "House was large enough for all of us and had activities for my grandsons like a Ping Pong table etc. It is an odd space but very comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own drinking water since the water tastes a bit strange. We were disappointed that the boys couldn't paddle board right from the lake in front of the house. There is a nice restaurant at the end of the road although the town itself is quite small. "

"Our four night getaway prior to school starting was the unplugged family time we needed! The internet and TV were available in this wonderful Garden home, it is just that we didn't use them because there was so much to do that didn't involve technology. We were kayaking, fishing (with a Michigan fishing license), swimming, watching the stars from the hot tub, exploring, and bonding! We will be back!!! game time"
