This home boasts a gorgeous back porch with pristine views of the Galveston Bay. A great bonding place for families. Spacious gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. The home features high ceilings that create a very spacious feel. There is a cut path leading to the bay! Great for wade fisherman! This home has an outdoor shower for rinsing the salt and sand off after a long day of beaching/fishing. There are smart TVs in all bedrooms. This home sleeps 10. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR! STAIRS ARE REQUIRED FOR ACCESS.

No access is granted without a rental agreement being signed by guests and approved by Coastal Waves Vacations LLC - even if paid in full. We require your mailing address, names and ages of all individuals staying at the home, vehicle information, and full pet information for pet-friendly homes. (This home is not pet friendly).

Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve, must occupy the property during the rental period, and be the person responsible for the group. Individuals may not rent on behalf of others.
No events, prom, graduation, or parties of any sort with prior written approval. Additional fees may apply. Most single-family homes on the beach are built on pilings. Guests must climb a full set of stairs to reach the first floor/main living area. Coastal Waves Vacations has no control over the functionality of elevators. Pointe West Beach Club
Cancellation: Guest receives 100% (Of what was paid minus the cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 90 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (Of what was paid minus cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds.
Spend a wonderful day at the pool or beach at the luxurious Pointe West Beach Club. Pointe West offers numerous amenities including, an infinity pool, children's pool, lazy river closed until 1/15/2023(heated in Winter), fitness center, on-site beach rentals, and restaurant. The Resort is independently run and charges $25 per person, (4 years or older) year-round. The use of the Beach Club is optional. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Beach Club and is not included in rental rates.
The community is easily walkable. Golf Carts are a great way to get around as well. However, golf carts, dune buggies, or any other types are vehicles are not allowed on Galveston beaches, dunes, or wetlands; this is city law!
We Require Addresses, Photo ID, A selfie, Names and ages of all guest occupying the property. and the person responsible for the group. Individuals may not rent on behalf of others.
