"It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting right on the River Maas. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Our Superior room was huge, and had views over the river, our son had a Comfort room, smaller but still a nice size and both had amazing large white marble shower rooms with walk in shower. No kettle to make tea, but luckily I had spotted that in another review and took one. Coffee machine. We ate in the Michelin star restaurant and had an excellent meal, flambed at the table....

"Onze ervaring was heel positief. Echt een top hotel. Niets wat je vraagt is onmogelijk. Op verzoek ontbijt om 4:00 in de ochtend krijgen (ivm de ramadan) en in de avond nog een maaltijd naar keuze terwijl de keuken eigenlijk al bijna gesloten was. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! "

Plenty of stuff to do in town no need to use room for anything but rest. Restrooms are shared on the floor and accessible via key fob.
There’s a nice lounge area with limited hours and service and an outside patio. This place is near everything in downtown Venlo and very walkable. Vehicle parking is a few block...
