This is my 3rd time staying here! Each stay has been great for our concerts at nationwide arena right outside. Hotel is clean, updated, staff is helpful, & the bar/restaurant is wonderful! However, the last time we stayed recently, I booked the Deluxe king bed suite & was told at check in that I had to settle for 2 queen beds because they ran out of king beds. I have always raved about this hotel but that was a a bit disappointing. Overall, great place to stay if you are going to an event nearby.
