We were offered and paid for an upgrade on arrival, which allowed us to access the executive lounge, which meant we had free hot and soft drinks and snacks for the whole stay. "We had a super room on the top floor, it was clean, very comfortable and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The lifts were fast and efficient.
