Feel Right at Home
This charming home features three inviting bedrooms—two with spacious king beds, one with a comfy queen—and two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos, perfect for a soothing soak after a day of exploring. Need extra sleeping space? A pull-out sofa in the family room is ready for extra guests. With fast, reliable Wi-Fi, you can stream your favorite shows or check in with work (if you must).

Step inside and kick off your shoes in the welcoming entryway, where hooks await your coats and bags and a tray invites you to settle in and get cozy.

Lower Level – Cozy Nights In
Downstairs, the family room is a snug hideaway with a 55" Smart TV, a plush pull-out sofa, soft throw blankets, and shelves stocked with books, puzzles, and games for all ages. Curl up with a cup of cocoa and a blanket, challenge your crew to a board game, or plug in your favorite gaming console for a chill night in.

Tucked beside it, there’s a quiet office nook if you’re working remotely—or journaling your peaceful morning thoughts. You’ll also find a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board to keep things fresh.

Main Level – The Heart of the Home
Head upstairs to the cozy main living space, where you’ll find the living room, dining area, and kitchen all bathed in natural light. Relax by the gas fireplace, sink into the soft sofa, or grab a book from the shelf and settle into one of the armchairs. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring Galena’s historic charm.

The dining table comfortably seats six, and the kitchen island has two extra stools for sipping coffee or sharing a snack. The kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary adventures—plus a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and a delightful collection of coffee, teas, hot chocolate to start your mornings right.

Bedroom 1 is on this floor, featuring a cozy queen bed, and soft touches like extra pillows and throw blankets. The bathroom connects to both the bedroom and the kitchen area—convenient and private.

Step Outside – Peace & Views
From this level, step out to the front patio, where the peaceful view of the golf course stretches out before you. The seating area is perfect for morning coffee wrapped in a blanket or a glass of wine under the stars.


Upstairs, there are two warm and welcoming bedrooms. The Primary Bedroom has a comfy king-size bed, high ceilings with a ceiling fan, and its own balcony—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. We've added a little reading nook with a variety of books and soft throw blankets to help you unwind and get cozy. The attached bathroom has a full setup with a jacuzzi tub and shower—great for relaxing after a long day.

The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, tall ceilings with a fan, and beautiful views of The Galena Territory that make waking up a treat.

As our guest, you will also have access to the pools (indoor and outdoor), fitness center, basketball court and game room at the Galena Territory Owner's Club, a short three miles from the townhouse (2000 Territory Drive Galena, IL). You'll access this with the Owner's Club proximity cards that will be in the kitchen drawer when you arrive. Electric Vehicle charging stations are available on-site in the Owner's Club.
