"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

"Good location with a lovely view of the harbour. Waking to old town and bars. The only problem is parking expensive unless you park over 30 walk uphill away"

"This was a great little hideaway right in the heart of Rovijn. Very quiet, well appointed, modern vibe to the apartment. Warning: steep hill and stairs to property - must walk with your luggage!"

"The property itself is cute and it is located in a very good Place in the old town right on the edge it is older but well-maintained. The only downside to this property is you have to pay a lot for parking and at night it can be very busy cause just blow your window is a restaurant bar that can be noisy sometimes"

"We loved the property in the old town. The lighting at the entrance was a little unnerving but with phone lights it was manageable. Suggest a timed light at the bottom. The location was perfect for the wedding we were there to attend. Thank you."

"Positiv Wohnung: Top Lage, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon Ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage und Leben auf der Straße Klimaanlage angenehm, macht kaum Geräusche Gemütliche Wohnung, hell und freundlich Positiv Stadt: Rovinij im September etwas ruhiger und es war noch Badewetter. Wir haben uns in diese Stadt verliebt, besonders wenn man erkundet hat, wo man noch preiswert essen, trinken, einkaufen kann. Die kostenlose Stadtführung empfehlen wir unbedingt. Es ist sehr sauber...

"Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment für einen Familienurlaub. Alles ist schön gepflegt und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Höhepunkt ist die grosszügige Terrasse auf der man sehr gut relaxen kann."

"Wir bedanken uns für den perfekten kurz Urlaub. Der ort umag ist sehr schön. zu Fuß ist der schöne sandstrand in 20 min zu erreichen. Der hafen und die Restaurants laden zum flanieren ein. Die Ferienwohnung ist super sauber und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. wir wurden herzlich begrüßt. Ein toller Urlaub"

"We had very late check in. We had to contact them to get in and then refused us to enter until the city tax was paid. The room was full of bugs. The bathroom was very dirty with minimal toilet paper. Only the location was good. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I was very disappointed with the attention given by them. "

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett!! Die Anlage ist richtig schön mit dem Pool hinter dem Haus. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen für die Familie. Istrien ist einfach wunderbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. :-)"

"Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, waren zunächst im 1. OG, hatten dann das Angebot auf Nachfrage erhalten ins EG zu ziehen, da wir einen Hund dabei hatten. Auch das verlief super einfach. Der Besitzer Zoran war immer wieder vor Ort, war für jede Frage offen, zwei kleinere Reparaturen wurden innerhalb von 30min behoben, TOP!! Der Vermieter spricht auch perfekt Deutsch, war per Email jederzeit erreichbar und hat superschnell geantwortet. Vielen Dank! Toller Service😊"
