"The staff could barely speak English. When I arrived at 2 pm I couldn’t get my room and was not even offered to rest at the lounge. It was a rainy day and I had to kill time outside until 3 pm. Also I wasn’t told that the vanity essentials were located at the front desk and that caused inconvenience during the time I stayed at this hotel. I didn’t eat there and cannot comment on food quality but I appreciated the free and good quality coffee."

"The hotel location was ok, it is a bit far from the train station, however close to the tram. It’s a nice quiet place. Unfortunately we underestimated the size of the room, so we had a small room, we would highly recommend booking larger rooms at this property.
