Very nice apartment in the seafront of Los Boliches, Fuengirola. The Ronda 3 apartment is a very sunny complex, very popular all year round due to its sunny and large terrace and beachfront location. This apartment has the most spacious terrace (44m2) of the complex, facing south and west, with open views to the beach, sea, mountains, pool, and surroundings. Very bright apartment fully equipped with living room (sofa bed) and access to the sunroom and then to the very large and open terrace. Equipped kitchen. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and access to the sunroom. New bathroom with shower. Terrace with table for 4 people & 2 sunbeds.

Fully equipped property with air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room, ceiling fans, washing machine, double glazed windows with shutters and net mosquito, safe box, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, travel cot, highchair, linen & towels provided and totally well-equipped kitchen.
WI-FI, International TV channels and Netflix available!!

Very well-maintained community with pool open all year (Temporarily closed by government order due to water shortage), garden, and parking if you have a car.

Registered in the Andalusian Tourism Registry, with the reference VFT/MA/06427, in accordance with Decree 28/2016, of February 2, on Tourist Housing in Andalusia.

Prima appartement, alles wat je nodig heb is aanwezig, goeie lokatie met uitzicht op zee. Heel prettig contact met de verhuurder, konden vroeger inchecken met gastvrij ontvangst door Juan. Kortom top.

Perfect Location

This was our third time at this property and once again didn't disappoint. Close to railway station, beach restaurants and shops and the property has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The wonderful spacious terrace with sea views and all day sun is a bonus. Excellent communication from Maria and Juan. Maria was waiting for us at the property when we arrived and early check in was not a problem. A minor issue with a leaking tap was dealt with quickly within a couple of hours and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return.

La mejor elección posible

Las fotografías y descripción se ajustan perfectamente con la realidad, apartamento muy cómodo y con todas las necesidades cubiertas, tenia detalles que no esperábamos: butacas de playa, sombrilla, cafetera longi, etc. La situación magnifica, primera línea de playa y los propietarios son personas extraordinarias y muy atentas. Reservamos para una semana y tuvimos la suerte (por disponibilidad) de poder ampliar nuestra reserva otra semana más. Sin lugar a dudas más que aconsejable. A partir de ahora será nuestra primera elección.

Lovely Apartment.

We loved this apartment and Martin and Sara were great to communicate with. Everything you could want for a good holiday was in the apartment including pool towels and it was so clean. The only reason we have given 4 for the location and neighbourhood is that right next to the property there are paddle tennis courts. They start playing a 9am and it doesn't close until 11pm and the courts are used for much of the day. Although was a little bit annoying we got used to it , we would still book the apartment again and wish to say 'Thank you' to Martin and Sara.

Great place to stay

This was our 2nd visit. Location is perfect just about 8 minutes walk from the train station that leaves directly from the airport . Was met by Sarah who was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Everything you need is in the property and the size is adequate for 2 people. Beach is on the doorstep and restaurants all within walking distance. The balcony is very spacious with sun all day. All in all a great holiday and will definitely return.

Wonderful Apartment and location

Just returned from a 2 week stay here. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with a balcony to die for giving a good view of the sea and on site swimming pool. Excellent communication from Martin and a big thank you to Juan who met us at the apartment and allowed us to check in early as we had a morning flight arrival. Everything we could possibly need was in the apartment and the location was great being only a 8-10 minutes walk to the apartment from the Los Boliches train station. The only downside was the continuous mask wearing when anywhere outside of the apartment . We will certainly return as soon as the COVID situation improves.

Appartment needs more love

Sarah our host was great, easy to reach if any problem. Outside and inside furniture a bit outdated, especially the sofa wich was not confortable and a bit dirty. Basic equipment in the kitchen. The large patio was a great bonus. Location was also ideal, close to the beach, the supermarket and the train.

Second time as good as the first.

The apartment is just as described. It is actually better than last time as the bath has been replaced by a superb walk in shower. Beds are comfy and the kitchen well equipped for the bit of cooking we did. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Would recommend.

Great little break

Sara met and showed us around this property, this despite us late owing to a mix up. The apartment is very well located, on the beach, near the railway station, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The patio is a big plus. As is the position on the first floor. We didn’t find the tennis club any problem with noise. You get used to it in an hour. The living room was comfortable and UK and Irish tv channels was great. Kitchen and bedroom was ok. Bathroom was a tad tight, but ok for 2, and there was lashings of hot water. Weather was great an we totally enjoyed our stay. The train is great for visiting Fuengirola and Malaga. ( worth a trip)

Leiligheten var fin. Terrassen så flott og stor ut, men var helt umulig å bruke. Kunne ikke ligge der,sitte der eller ha terrassedøren oppe. Det ble spilt sharkpadel ( tennisball med brett) på fire baner .Dette var nabo til leiligheten og smalt som bøsseskudd. Dette ødela en del av oppholdet og skulle vært skrevet i annonsen.

Lovely apartment...shame about the tennis club noise

We stayed here for a week for mu birthday. The apartment was lovely especially the sun room. Biggest terrace we've ever had but there is a tennis club next to the property and the playing and tuition on many courts started early morning until 11 pm.....bang bang bang. Instead of being able to enjoy some peaceful time on the terrace we ended up going out every day nearly all day to get away from it. Not Martins fault I know...just wished we'd known about it in advance.

BRIL Apartment

Had a lovely holiday and was there for 4 weeks. The apartment is in a fabulous location and had absolutely everything you need. The terrace is great with plenty of sun loungers for your use. We were met on arrival by Sara who went over everything in the apartment and we also heard from Sara before we left. Brilliant apartment in a fabulous location. Marion.

Well situated apartment for beach and town

Having stayed here previously we know the area near the apartment which is very close to the beach and town of Los Boliches, also close by are many cafes and restaurants. The apartment had all that we needed for our stay and we hope to be back next year

Great Location

Tolle Wohnung

Wir waren drei Wochen in der tollen Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Blick von der Terasse war super und der Strand ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar, es gibt eine lange Promenade wo viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind. Der Kontakt zu Martin und seiner Schwester hat einwandfrei geklappt, wir wurden an der Wohnung sehr nett empfangen, dafür nochmals vielen Dank. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.
