Beachfront apartment

Our 58m2 centrally located apartment with sea views is located in the heart of the city of Fuengirola, 45 minutes drive from Malaga.

Located on the promenade of the city a few steps from the sea where you can enjoy the sun and the beach.
You can walk along the promenade from the famous Sohail Castle to Torreblanca and enjoy the restaurants and bars that the location offers.

For 2 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.
The space
In a building with elevator, the property is located on the 1st floor.

As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
- a living room area with sofa, TV and a dining table.
- the kitchen with a bar open to the living room.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed size 150 x 200
- 1 bathroom
- 1 terrace on the side of the buiding with glimpses of the sea, where you can sit and relax.

Being centrally located near the beach, in summer it can be noisy because of the bars and restaurants on the promenade.

It is a warm and cozy space, taken advantage of and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the property.
Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided.
The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

The property only has air conditioning in the bedroom with 1 split air conditioner with heat pump.
There is also a ceiling fan in the living room.

Hot water is provided by a 150L electric water heater: it is important to know that it can run out and then, there is a waiting time for it to fill it again.

Parking in the area is limited and chargeable: indicated with blue and green lines. It can be difficult to find a parking spot.

Other things to note
If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :)

Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021.
For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info.
This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
If you don't provide the requested data before arriving, your reservation will be canceled without refund.

No parties or events are allowed in the property. Please be careful with the noise.

* CHECK IN TIME:
- From 4 PM to 8 PM = Guaranteed
- Maximum arrival time = 8 PM
- Late check-ins between 8 PM and 11 PM = Subject to availability, with an extra fee of 30€. After 11 PM, not available.
