Centrally located apartment with sunny location in the Zillertal

The accommodation
We have inherited the house from our grandma. The house was built in the style of the 60s. For 10 years now, we have been taking care of the preservation. We have installed a modern kitchen and mainly invested in new windows, the heating and thermal insulation.
The house is located in the middle of the holiday region Vorderes Zillertal, in a sunny and central location. It is easily accessible, in direct proximity to the ski resorts and offers a magnificent view of the mountain scenery of the Zillertal.

Access for guests
The spacious apartment is on the upper floor of our house, has 65 m2 and is functional and comfortably furnished. Next to the living room there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, as well as a single bedroom. These have their own wash basins installed. The apartment has a shower and a toilet. There is also a separate storage room. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge.

Interaction with guests
We do not life in the house, but in the immediate vicinity, but are always accessible.

The neighborhood
The house is located directly on the street to Hocfügen, but through the car park and the garden somewhat set back.
The garden is at our guests' disposal. We are looking forward to welcoming families with children. However, children must be supervised in the garden, since the property lies directly on the road.
There are numerous shopping opportunities and gastronomic offerings - a supermarket is 700 m away, restaurants are 300 m away.
The Spieljochbahn cable car station is 300 meters away. The ski resorts Kaltenbach / Hochfügen 8 km, and the Zillertal Arena 15 km away.
There is a ski school, a ski school and the ski-exercise meadow nearby, the toboggan run is 300 m away, the outdoor swimming pool and thermal baths, as well as tennis courts 2 km and the 18 hole golf course are only 3 km away.
Bathing possibilities such as the Schlitterer bathing lake in 5 km, the Reintaler lakes in 18 km and the Achensee in 22 km easily accessible.

Transportation
A stop for the bus-shuttle to the Spieljochbahn and Hochfügen is in the immediate vicinity.
The village center and the next bus stop are within a 10-minute walk, and the Zillertalbahn railway station is 1.5 km away.
Innsbruck Airport is 50 km away and Munich Airport is 175 km away. If you come from Germany via the Achenpass, you do not need a highway vignette for Austria.

Minimum occupancy: 3 persons, minimum rental period: 3 nights
For the final cleaning will be charged 45 euros.
Towels, bed linen and kitchen equipment are free of charge, electricity and water included in the prices!
The price of 1 EUR per adult per night is not included in the price. This will be collected by us on arrival. Children under 15 years are not allowed.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen in einem wunderschönen Haus! Alles war tipptopp in Ordnung. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar oder mit dem Skibus, der direkt vor der Tür hält. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

2 grote slaapkamers, 1 kleine, kleine toilet en douche, keuken/woonkamer niet supergroot. Wij mochten ook de benedendouche en toilet gebruiken; heel fijn.Overall: prima huis, fijne eigenares/zoon, goede plek.

Wir haben wunderbare Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Zum Lift nur 5 Minuten aufwärts. Ebenfalls wenige Minuten abwärts ist das Dorfzentrum mit vielen Urlauberangeboten, jeden Dienstag hochwertige Blasmusik. Wir brauchten einen zweiten Stellplatz für den Motorradhänger - kein Problem. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, bei Bedarf immer erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist für Wanderer wunderbar, bei Bedarf auch per Lift. Danke für die schönen Tage !

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der sehr gut eingerichteten und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen.Toll war auch die Lage im Ort: zentral zur Seilbahn und Skibus vor der Tür. Für 2 Erw. + 2. Erw. Kinder und eine 15 jährige Tochter perfekt. Das Haus liegt etwas zurückversetzt in einem umliegenden Garten. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Waschbecken ausgestattet. WC und Dusche je einzeln separiert. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist eine Wohnküche mit Esstisch, sehr gemütlich und sehr gut eingerichtet. Sehr praktisch auch der grosse Abstellraum mit Fenster für Schuhe und nasser Kleidung vor der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich und der Kontakt zu den sehr zuvorkommenden Vermietern sehr nett. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage über Weihnachten und Silvester bei einer sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir persönlich mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und Getränkten empfangen und die Gastgeberin zeigte uns die Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, tadellos in Ordnung und es fehlte an nichts. Nochmals vielen Dank an unsere liebe Gastgeberin.

Wir haben im Februar eine knappe Woche zu fünf Personen in der sehr gut zugeschnittenen Wohnung einen rundherum tollen Ski-Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und mehr als zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen sicher nochmals wieder!

Wir hatten einen wirklich wundervollen Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wirklich tolle Ausstattung, toller Ausblick über fügen die Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Restaurants und zum Skilift ist phänomenal. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und geben gerne Auskunft zu Ausflug zielen oder Restaurants Tipps. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Gastgeber wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Two of the bedrooms are very large and the beds are particularly comfortable (better than in most other holiday flats!). Instead of a communal bathroom there's a separate shower, a separate toilet and each bedroom has its own sink. The balcony has fantastic views across the valley. The kitchen is slightly better equipped than average. The only negative aspect is that there isn't a separate sitting room - the two large bedrooms have armchairs and otherwise there's the kitchen/dining area. Note that the holiday flat is up a steep hill (a tiring walk up from the supermarket laden with shopping), near to the cable-car station.
