Reception wasn’t great either and not offered another room or any discount for discomfort. All in all not a good experience ...

Portland Apartments
The whole experience was one of great things from the booking to arrival to the stay. Extremely comfortable with everything you would need and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Parking is a bonus in Cheltenham.
