Summary:
Newly remodeled with an open-concept living and 4 Master Suites! You can cook full gourmet, family meals in this large well-equipped kitchen. After dinner, enjoy a movie on the living room's flat screen—or turn it off and relax in the company of good friends by the fire. Within 10 minutes of being on the lifts at Copper Mountain, and 20 minutes to Breckenridge, Keystone and A-Basin. For a casual ski day, you're only 5 minutes from Adventure Park, offering ski lessons, sleigh rides and tubing.

This home is professionally managed by PMI Breck.

Guest Access:
You will receive a text message from the property manager, PMI Breck, the day before arrival with your check-in instructions and guest guidebook.

Getting Around:
Located right off the Dillon Reservoir and Frisco Bay, you're a short walks away from breathtaking views on the water. You're also a very short drive away from Frisco Main Street where you can explore the best local shops and diners.

We’re here when you need us! While we won’t meet you in person, our local support team at PMI Breck is available via phone or text to address any questions or concerns during your stay.

Family time

Had a great time. Enough beds/baths for everyone. Best stocked kitchen that I have ever seen at a VRBO. The property manager was awesome. Answered all my questions immediately. It was great to have access to the garage as well.

Great kitchen, convenient location

Stayed with 8 people including 2 toddlers for 3 nights. We cooked every meal and found the kitchen to be well equipped. The garage is convenient as is the units location relative to Safeway, downtown. 25 minute drive to Abasin

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Loved the community and proximity to everything we needed. The house was clean and spacious. One thing to note is that there were 3 sets of very steep stairs off the living area, which made me nervous with 2 toddlers. However, we found baby gates in the property to set up which fixed that issue. Would definitely recommend!

Colorado getaway

We wanted to stay in an area that allowed us to get all over Colorado easily and also offer a small town feel. Frisco was perfect, Lake Dillon was beautiful and our condo was amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Frisco VRBO for the weekend w/old friends

Aside from the already cracked window in one room and one light fixture not working in another bathroom, this place is pretty awesome. There is a small pond in the back where you can see a couple of beavers and large trouts swimming around. Like some other viewers mentioned, the kitchen is fully loaded or equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner so that we didn’t have to go restaurants. Being that it is a condo, we had forgotten that the neighbors are close by and can hear us laughing and having a good time. So be careful about being too loud after 9pm, we’re not party animals but just a bunch of +50 yr olds reminiscing of the pasts. It was great to see and hang out with old friends.

Frisco Ski Trip

This home was perfect for our group of 6. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which is wonderful. Kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, cookware and spices. Close to grocery and Walmart. A great little town to explore. Nice breweries and restaurants. Clost to Breck and since we only had 2 skiers it was nice to be able to be dropped off at the slopes in a few minutes.

Perfect Family Get Away

Took a ski trip to Frisco, located conveniently outside of Breckenridge and seconds away from I70. The property was much better priced than staying in the town of Breckenridge itself. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made this sibling getaway, one to remember!

Family stay

Everything was great. Extra linen were located in lower level closet that would have been nice to have written on the welcome sheet. The fire place in master bedroom did not work, but it was ok since the furnace kept it very warm in the cold days. Kitchen/living room area was very spacious and easy to cook and enjoy family game time. Very responsive to questions and accommodating to our issues arriving with the bad weather.

Leadville 100MTB race staycation

Excellent property with a garage for all of our bikes. Check-in was flawless and all instructions were provided ahead of time. The management company was excellent, checking in with throughout the stay to make sure our stay was comfortable and arranged. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen that can be used for cooking big meals for our group. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend for a big group. Plenty of space to stretch out. Well Done!!

Wonderful!!

We loved our time at this great place!!! Well stocked kitchen, great amount of space, loved it being off the lagoon pond - the kids came out and fished every morning! Wonderful balconies and amazing central location! Things to note - lots of stairs if you have babies or elderly. Could use a 6 seater kitchen table for size of condo - had to take the outdoor patio chairs. Would love patio chairs on master deck! And master bed perhaps a mattress cover that’s not plastic bc it makes noise every time you turn. Would definitely stay here again and plan to!

The condo was beautiful with everything provided for comfort with a wonderful well equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay there again. The representative was friendly, helpful, courteous and checked in regularly to make sure we had all we needed.

Mountain vacation 2023

This place couldn’t have been more perfect for our families. We planned our trip so we could all be together in the mornings and evenings for meals and the Lagoon was great for the kids. Our days were spent on the lake, hiking in the mountains and riding the train at Georgetown. On packing to leave the grandkids asked if we could come back next year.
