The "Moin Moin" holiday flat is a two-storey flat on the upper and top floor of an attractive designer house that plays with maritime style elements. The rounded windows, which extend far beyond the corners of the house, provide a marvellous panoramic view.

The spacious balcony, whose border is reminiscent of a railing, sets the scene for a trip on a traditional sailing boat or a relaxing stay on a magnificent ship.

The flat is ideally located just 200 metres from the beach path on Friedrichskoog beach. Due to current coastal defence works, access to the beach is considerably restricted.

The North Sea spa Friedrichskoog is situated in a rural location between cabbage and grain fields in the southern part of the district of Dithmarschen. Our peninsula offers a wide range of leisure, wellness, sports and family activities. The Friedrichskoog-Spitze holiday area is home to the green beach, where guided mudflat walks and events take place all year round. Due to current coastal defence works, access to the beach is considerably restricted.

Leider war bei Buchung im April die Information zur Baustelle am Strand noch nicht gegeben. Mit dieser Info und der Intenetseite von Friedrichskoog zur Stranderneuerung hätten wir Abstand zu diesem Objekt genommen. Baustelle startet morgens um 7Uhr und dauert an bis 20Uhr. Geräusche sind an der Wohnung gedämpft zu hören. Das einzige Highlight von Friedrichskoog-Spitze ist nunmal der Strand, der aber komplett von einem 3m hohen Bauzaun vor Eintritt geschützt ist. Nächster Strand bedeutet 30min Autofahrt. Einkaufsmöglichlichkeit nur in Friedrichskoog (außer Bäckerei). Leider besteht auch ein massives Mückenproblem, die ein Öffnen der Fenster bei Nacht nicht erlaubten. Zusätzlich darf man nicht allergisch gegen Staub sein, da das Apartment zwar soweit sauber ist, aber leider die Matratzen und hinter dem Bett sehr verstaubt ist. Schränke im Dachboden und Schlafzimmer gehören dringend entrümpelt. Haben dann doch entschieden aus dem Koffer zu leben. Die Wohnung selbst liegt ideal und ist vielleicht sieht man Friedrichskoog Spitze im Jahr 2026 nach Beendigung der Deicherhöhung wieder, aber bestimmt nicht in dieser Wohnung!
