"All the staff we met were lovely, helpful and so friendly. Tidy rooms and lovely place to eat"

"No aircon. Very hot room. Got a fan but pretty poor for an expensive Spa resort. No late checkout for Gold member... 2 hours 20 pounds. All in all OK but a little disappointed "

":)"

"Staff were very helpful & polite, talked to you as friends, was a joy to stay there"

"My second stay here and it surpassed the high bar set by my previous stay. Got checked in by the manager who had just started there. I got a really nice room with a very high finish in décor which instantly put me in a relaxed mood. After finishing my admin, I went on the same 1 hour walk using the same route which takes me through the town centre. It is such a lovely town to walk around. We were very grateful for the late night/early morning access route for when the pub is closed. The room was looking a bit tired, particularly the bathroom. The breakfast was nice, but the staff...

"Simply perfect a paradise"

"The room was cosy and clean and lovely with an amazing shower. And plenty of hot water. Bed was super comfy and I slept very well. Staff very helpful and friendly."

"El tratamiento del personal muy bueno y acogedor. Todo en su lugar. Buen estado y limpieza de la habitación. Tenía bonita vista hace la calle principal, desde mi habitación. El hotel tiene un bonito bar. Y el barman muy bueno y atento. Buen hotel. Lo recomiendo."

"Everything was very good, food great, breakfast great, staff very helpful and friendly, room, bathroom and bedroom clean, warm and comfortable, pet friendly only thing we think £20 per dog per night is expensive, but other than that brilliant,"
