☀ Dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $75 per dog, per

stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. As much as we love cats, we do not

allow cats or any other animals aside from dogs at our property.



☀ Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late

check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation

booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in

advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.

☀The maximum occupancy for this listing is 4 adults. Up to 2 children are

permitted in addition to the 4 adults.

☀ No flushing of items other than waste & septic approved paper

☀ Use bottled water for ice maker and coffee maker

☀ Pick up pet waste & dispose of it in the trash.

For a comfortable stay, we kindly request guests to use waste and septic-

approved paper for flushing. Please be aware that for the ice maker, coffee

maker, and drinking purposes, guests are required to purchase their own

bottled water. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you enjoy your time

with us!



Please note that we do not provide coffee for our guests. However, our coffee

maker is compatible with K-Cups, so feel free to bring your favorite blends

along to enjoy during your stay. We find that this setup allows each guest to

tailor their coffee experience to their liking.
